it's easier to get a natural look with moderate profile, but you definitely won't be getting the projection you want if you go with mods

HP is definitely best for projection, although you run the risk of them looking faker. but there are tonsssss of girls with HP and their boobs have a great natural look

Yes, as long as you say you want to look natural with HPs, the ps will choose the right amount of cc, too many cc's and they can look fake...it's whatever look you want, but talking with your ps about your desired look is so important, not what cupsize you want,

Like the other ladies said the HP's give great projection. If you check the dimensions of the implant it will tell you the projection. A HP saline usually gives more than a HP silicone. HTH.

I agree with the other ladies that HP generally have the most projection.

Just be sure your PS thinks they are right for your measurements. My PS said for my size I have pretty broad shoulders and chest width...he did not think HP was the best choice for me. I ended up with Moderate Plus and am really happy at 3 weeks out....other than the booby greed issue...which is getting much better!

HP's are def best for more projection... I have HP's and I love them! However, if you are wanting some projection and have a more natural look maybe moderate plus would be a good choice for you. Talk to your PS about the result that you are wanting. HTH

I went for the implants that, as far as I know, have the most projection on the market right now. They are McGhan 410FX which are extra-high projection. The measurement is 7.1 cm and that is because I went with large implants 775cc. But if you do some comparisons with what you're contemplating check the projection measurements of the implant size you're going for, even just with the high projections to get an idea. I agree with star- I have hp and partial unders. Mine are way more natural than I was expecting. If it weren't for the huge anchor scar I have, you might not even be able to tell
