That's exactly what I was going to pont out. My 325CC HP resulted in a 34D which looks like a natural C. I LOVE the girls!! U and I are the same height but I am heavier. See avatar and stats in siggy.

totally agree about the implants looking smaller than real breasts. I wear a 34 D but look like a full C in clothes.

There was me thiking I had the smallest implants on JBI!!! I have very similar stats to you (see below) but very little breast tissue.
I had orginally wanted 175 ccs, then changed to 210ccs and I thought I had decided to go for 240ccs but on the day of the op the ps said he strongly recommnded 210 ccs as he didn't think there was enough 'room' on me for the 240s and the would show at the sides. Afterwards he said it was the right advice.
I'd say I'm about 32 small c or big b. I burst out of b cups but c's can look a bit wrinkly.
They definitely haven't softened up enough yet to really know - just 2 rather solid lumps that I can put a bra on top off! But I'm wearing 32c sports bras at the moment.

I think it is worth considering getting the 200s if you thought that the 175s looked a perfect size for you. People say they get about 10% smaller under the muscle and I think that is about right. I was similar to you in thinking the 175s looked about right but went up to 210s on my ps's recommendation and am really pleased I did. I am probably taller/broader than you though.

Tonton and Tigerlilly -- did you guys have Mentor or Inamed implants? Mine will be Mentor and my doctor described the next size up from 175cc as "200cc." Perhaps she actually meant 210cc? Just curious.

I have allergan. I think each make has different size options.

Mine are also Allergan Inspira SOFT TOUCH. Moderate profiles. I could choose 175, 210 or 240.
I think that Allergan and Inamed are the same brand. I am in the UK.
