I'm so excited, I just had to share! I've decided on 175cc silicone moderate profile unders!!
At my pre-op today, I tried on 150cc, 175cc, and 200cc sizers. (and for reference, I'm 5'2" approx 105 lbs with a 27.5" rc) The 150cc just looked like I was wearing a padded push-up bra. The 200cc made me look busty and even a little top-heavy. The 175cc mod profiles were juuuuust right! They filled out my pancakes and gave them a natural slope and fullness. I am SO excited! But I wonder...does anyone here have implants as small as 175cc's? The doc did say that they'll look even sliiiightly smaller when they go under my muscle, and I'm fine with that. I want an extremely subtle and natural look for my frame. (my inspiration is the Agent Provocateur catalog, which features mostly B-cup models) I just haven't read any posts from women here who have gone smaller than 200cc's so I was curious about that! PS -- my doctor said she'll bring 200cc implants to the surgery as well, just in case I change my mind at the last minute, so hmmmm.....food for thought.

That sounds exactly like the Agent Provocateur look - very subtle, natural and sexy! We all want different things, so if you know what you want (and it certainly sounds like you do), then what other people are getting shouldn't influence that. I'm sure you'll love them.
I started out wanting 250cc ... and then I actually called my PS's office and went in to try the sizers for a SECOND time. I brought my sister that time, and we played with them for like a half an hour. I decided I liked the 286cc even more, so I'm SO, SO glad that I went back a second time. My PS added 25cc to make it 310cc because I had saline unders, so that it would look like what I had tried on.

The implant IS going to look smaller once it is in! If you want achieve the look you had with the implant in your bra you shouldn't go below 200cc. Even 250cc wouldn't make you too busty bc they are going to disappear when they get under your muscle!! I'm sure you have read alot of threads here and it seems most women end up wishing they would have gone bigger. Just some helpful info for ya, good luck in your decision and your upcoming BA!! congrats!

<<Did your PS tell you specifically that you need to add 25cc's to the sizers you like because they'll look about 25 cc's smaller after they're placed under the muscle? (and does that "rule" apply to silicones as well?)>>
Yes, that's exactly what my PS said. I know that's the rule for salines - I'm not positive about silicone. Definitely ask your PS to be sure!

Thanks Chic and grn8! I've called my PS' office and left a message for my doctor regarding the 25cc question. Thanks so much!

I agree..you will lose more than you realize going under the muscle. I would go slightly bigger to get the subtle result you are looking for..I would hate for you to be disappointed after going through the pain.

Our stats are the same! I haven't been to the PS yet, but I want a full C tops! So I've been hearing atleast 300 cc's for me. Not sure how it is going to look. I want saline, unders so who knows how it is going to look on me, but I look forward to becoming a woman! I loved having breasts when I was pregnant with my two kids, and what I'm left with is well, depressing to say the least!
I'm sure whatever you choose you will look great! Take care, Josie |

you will lose size going under the muscle...you get used to the size very quickly and most women wish they had gone bigger. Unless you are starting out with lots of natural tissue, I would go bigger. Many women on this board are 5'2 and thin and got larger implants and look completely proporationate (if this is what you are worried about).
If you truly only want a B cup, then your implant choice is probably a good one.

My first implants were 250cc f/t 275cc, saline, unders.
I was a A cup before the surgery and an A cup after the surgery. I could not even tell anything had been done. I'm 5'7" 125 lbs. Don't know if that will help or not. |

Thanks, everyone. I just heard back from my PS.
On the issue of size, 175cc vs 200cc, she said that she will use sizers for both amounts and "try them on" me during surgery. She said it'd be hard to tell which implant will help me achieve the look I'm going for until she can actually see the implants under my muscle. I had given her a photo of the outcome I want (Patient 1 at this link, scroll down: http://www.sokolmd.com/augmentation.html), and she'll refer to it as she's trying the sizers on me during surgery.I feel so reassured! I totally trust my PS and know that she'll make the right choice. I guess I'll be surprised when I wake up!

I scrolled down to take a look at patient 1. She had submammary implants (overs). Just wanted to point that out since that PS uses different terms than we use on this site.

Hmm... that patient 1 looks like my results, but I had 300cc! But, I started out way flatter, literally just nipples, so I think that's probably why. Since it looks like you're starting out with some breast tissue I think that somewhere around 200cc will |
