I need your help with size........

Okay I am size 12-14 solid.......I could mess up my hubbie.............heehee!
I am a small b and I am going for 400-425 ccs ....... to achieve a small d.....under transax saline, do you think that is enough ccs? My dr thinks I can go for more because of my body size, but you all are so educated on this help me out!!!! and thanks in advance! i just dont want to look 20 pounds heavier either, but I desire a d, and I know I can pull it off size wise, just worried about the ccs size!

Hey Lady,

I agree w/ ur PS. I am a size 4 and rock a D cup like I was born w/ it. Remember that implant D looks like a C. My sister is ur size and a natural DD. Our breasts do not look close in sz. Trust ur PS. Go Bigger. Save urself the time, money and stress of boobie greed.

I am a size 10/12 solid. I'm 5'6", 160lbs, athletic. I had a BA on 12/28/07. I had 375cc implants filled to 430. I was a 36B and now I am a 36D, I dont know if that will be my final size after the drop and fluff. My lefty had dropped and fits well in the bra. Can you give a bit more info on your stats? What is your goal size? If you want a small D as you noted in your signature, I think you're right on the money. If you prefer a full D, I'd go slightly larger 425-475. Also, I think you could carry the size well. Honestly, I wore a padded bra pre-op and I don't really look that much different in regular clothing.

I would be very happy with a D. I DO not want to have a redo (unless necessary). Thanks so much. My PS was definately pushing for the bigger size. I have my preop next Tuesday and I will go over it with him again. It is just going to be such a change!!!! My taters tots are graduating to baked potatoes!!!!

I think your PS is right. You might want to consider going bigger. A D might sound like it's big, but it probably won't look as big as you think. A DD might be a better size for you. Have you tried the rice test? It's not perfect but it gives you some idea of how you will look with different amt. of cc's. Go here http://www.justbreastimplants.com/size.htm and scroll down. You'll find directions on how to do the rice test. HTH.

I would go bigger too. I just know that before my surg, I thought that a D was the pinnacle in boobie hugeness. now I see that it is really not all that big. Try not to be scared of the numbers. I asked for a small D and was scared going in to surg that the cc's that I picked were to much. Now I am grateful that I am a DD and wish I had gone at least a 100cc's more. You can see from my stats that I am not a "little" girl, and I don't think my boobs make me look heavier at all. I think they give me great balance and curves. good luck!

I can't add much more than what has been said above but I'd trust your PS and the experience those on JBI have shared... I think we all fear going too big but truthfully, the majority (including myself) end up wishing we'd opted to go a little bigger...

going into the surgery my ps and i discussed somewhere between 450 and
500's.....I wound up with 550's....the nurses said 500's just weren't going to get me there. I'm 5'11" and am a size 8 and now that I see what I have I couldn't imagine being smaller....and let me tell you when these girls say they feel like a part of you instantly...they are right. It's so bizarre how I don't even think of the implant anymore...it's just my boob just like it's always been this way. CRAZY!!!

Thank you all so much. YOU are right, I am afaid of a d.............hugely afraid. But every thing I have read on here and people I have talked to it seems to be the same....... GO BIGGER. I am so overwhelmed in a good way. I look at all your pictures and I cannot believe I am going to have boobs. My upper half will finally match my booty!!!

please please do not be afraid of a D. it is not that big. I mean compared to what alot of us started out as it is, but after, it's not big at all. good luck!

Im 5'6" 155 and can get my butt in a size 8 or 10. I wanted a D and with a bigger chest and broader shoulders I got 540 in the right and 600 in the left saline. My PA had fillers a throw away implant that he put in first and filled to size, then he ordered a couple different sizes of the saline implants just to make sure if he needed to go bigger or smaller he could you may want to ask if they do that. I think with bigger girls like me if I went smaller I would look like I had rocks instead my boobs dont stick out farther but they are wider and fuller.
