Right now I have 3500c mod +, co-gels. I'm getting a redo for CC, PS wants me to switch to saline, due to it having a lower rate of CC. I want to go bigger, but the sizing has me so confused. I don't want them firm, but don't want rippling (don't have any now)...soft and squishy if what I want.
Right now I wear a 34C/D-depends on the bra. If I want to go up one cup size, how many cc's do I aim for (PS aprroved of course) Do HP really project and look bigger than mod plus?

I think you should compare the dimensions of both the silis that you have and the saline you are considering. Saline tend to have less width and more projection. If you like the width you have now you would want to make sure you get at least that width with your salines. I have 450 silis but saline would look totally different even though the cc amount is the same. HTH! Good luck with your redo! I hope the CC stays away this time for you! Can I ask, do you have overs or under?

it just goes to show how MUCH variation there is in opinions, sizing ect..
I have cc and have salines, my ps wants me to switch to silicone (which i wanted anyways cause of my deflation) because he said cc is less frequent with silicone than saline!!!

It always amazes me how different each ps can be! I guess it's just a matter of preferrence and opinion. For example, my ps has requires that I wear underwire bras since my ba. I have heard a lot of girls on this forum say that they were advised not to wear underwires. Sometimes it can seem a little confusing to me...

I just follow the advice of my ps since I trust him. However, I always keep an open mind when hearing what all of these ladies have to say, too. After all, experience is knowledge, right?

JBI has a whole page of impant sizes and widths and projection measurements, based on CC's and saline vs silicone:
Breast Implant Specifications, Dimensions, and Sizes

Most HP vs moderate + profile will give you an extra 1/2" or so, for the same number of CC's, but the width (I believe) is different. Your best bet is to really look through these specs, and see what range of sizes will work for you
