March 31st breast augmentation, opinions?

Ok, I'm nervous and really would like your opinion as to what size I will be, and how it may look! Any and all opinions are appreciated.... thank you all in advance...... biting my nails
Here are my stats:
Chest 30" Band size 34
bwd 14 (if I did it right)
Bust 8.5" (PS says C breast tissue, was D but, lost due to nursing and age)
5'5" 116-118lbs
Actual measurements (with bra) 36 26 36
I want my cleavage back but, not going for lift since I'm 51 and want my mature looking breasts (nipples face forward, with some breast tissue under)
Implants will be: Mentor 450cc mod plus
Placement will be over

How big do you want to be? Starting with a C and getting 450cc you will probably end up very big!

I want to be back to my D but mostly, I want my volume back! I have two socks with soup balls at the end of them hanging off my chest (and I do mean chest). I tried the sizers but, couldn't really tell anything until they used the 450's and I felt the top of them, that was the volume I remember. My PS said the 450's were a good choice and will give me the fullness I now lack. Gee, bought a bathing suit like I had a couple decades ago and almost died when I was able to put my hand inbetween the suit and my chest! I went to push my breasts up to fill it and the darn things folded in half! UGH
My PS feels the 450's will lift me and give me the volume. I just don't want to end up way out of proportion. I was a top heavy hourglass... now an hourglass with overly deflated top!

OK, as long as you clearly tell your ps what you want, there should be no problem.

Usually, 150 cc's or so equal a cup size, and you're getting overs instead of unders. If you're starting with a C, and going up 2-3 cup sizes, you could end up a DD/E.

It makes a difference if you're a deflated C though - your PS would know more about that. Then, much of the 450 cc's would go to filling out your existing C-size before making you a bigger cup size.

I'm a deflated D. I lost all fat and what is left, over stuffs a C, bottom fills a D.... I have almost no upper poles at all. Thank you! I do believe that is why she (my PS) decided on overs, and the mod plus silicone. She said I had large "pockets"? I guess that's all the space where my volume use to be? I do trust her but, guess my nerves are getting the best of me. I'm single, my friends never breast fed, they don't understand what I'm even talking about so, I have to rely on these boards for feedback. One of my friends will be going with me, spend the night at the motel with me, drive me to my post op appointment the day after surgery then drive me home. After that, I'm totally on my own again so, I'm reading everything I can to be prepared. I live out in the country on over 7 acres and these boards have helped me get prepared! Tonight I'm cleaning house, and getting my critters food together so I don't have to lift anything. Now, my mind is at ease as to "crossing over"! Thanks!!!!!

I would guess that with the size, you may end up a little larger than D with 450 -- I started out A cup, and am now DD with mod profile 450 unders.

Be sure to keep us posted -- and definitely help your ps understand your goals. Pictures always help. Hang in there! It can be nerve-wracking, but you will be fine!
