Help! Confused

After years of thinking about it, and after a lot of research I finally decided to go ahead with my breast augmentation. I've picked my surgeon and have a surgery date set for 15th December. I've been going backwards and forwards about size for the last few weeks though. I just can't seem to make up my mind. I went into his office to have another go at trying on the implants yesterday and I'm still worried. I really need to make up my mind ASAP because he needs to order in whatever size I will be using.

Anyway, here are my stats:

5'6
127lbs
31.5" ribcage
Full A cup/smallish B cup
Very broad shouldered, I have a fairly athletic build, some might even say boyish!

I'm getting McGhan MHP silicone gel implants over the muscle. I am trying to decide between the 410 and the 460. Both times that I've been in his office trying them on I've immediately been drawn to the 460, although the 410 does look nice too. But when I leave I start worrying that the 460 might be too big. I just don't know which to choose and I'm making myself sick here trying to make up my mind!

Sorry that this is so long, but any advice would really be appreciated!!

Firstly, WOW we have the same b/a date, its good to have a boobie sister that'll be going through it with me so to speak!!

I've kinda settled on size 380 hp round txt silicone, i will be going back to double check that i am happy with the size, i think i will bring the bf with me and get his opinion too.
Dont stress too much over the sizes your 'between' picking as there is not a whole lot in the difference between them both. if you prefer the bigger one, i'd say go for the bigger one.
what size are you hoping to get, did your ps advise you on which would be best for the look you are after?

I went back yesterday to check out the sizes again and took my husband with me. He said both looked nice but that maybe the 460 'was a little big' in his opinion. I'm not sure why because as you say 50cc isn't much difference at all. My ps doesn't really want to influence my decision because he says it is mine to make, all he would say is that I probably have enough tissue to cover a big implant and that with my wide shoulders I should be able to pull it off.

Where are you getting it done? I'm going to Dr Salman at Auralia Clinic.

Go the 460cc You are broad shouldered so a bigger imploant with more width would be better,I don't think you will regret getting the bigger implant,The biggest problem we face after our breast augmentation is boobie greed and you will get used to you new size very quickly, BTW Welcome to the forum

I've got to be there at 11:30am for surgery at 12. How are you doing? Nervous? Excited? I'm pretty freaked out at this point, looking at your ticker there gave me heart palpitations!

Thanks I know there can't be that much difference between the 410 and 460, but for some reason I just felt the 460 balanced out the upper half of my body a little better. They didn't look madly oversized when I was trying them on, and the PS is insistent that they will look exactly as they did when I tried on the sizers but I'm terrified of waking up to monster boobs!

i'm going from really nervous to really excited, when i read about how some of the girls got on recently i can't wait for mine, then i think of how soon its coming and have to catch my breath.
it still doesn't feel real yet, even with having the empty wallet
how much is it costing you?
get yourself a ticker and watch the days 'tick' away.

I'm out in Skerries (North County Dublin).

I'm mostly just nervous. The excitement has definitely not kicked in yet for me! Mine is costing EUR 5800 so I'm with you on the empty wallet thing, how much is yours working out at?

We almost have the same stats.... as far your pre breast augmentation goes.. Im so envious you can get the 410-460cc....My PS didn't want to go any bigger cc's than what I got b/c of little breast tissue I had. I started out a 32-34A and with my amount of 300/360cc's I push past a baby D.
You may be even lucky and DD's with that amount off cc's.

Look, take it from (most) of us,.....u really gotta take the largest ur offered...u will regret it im sure if u dont.... u will get used to them so quick, you'll kick urself x

Mine is 5600, for 380 silicone, i was told 6100 for the gels.
you have me wondering if i should go bigger now cos your slightly shorter than me but going for larger implant. what do you think you'll end up as DD?

LOL, I must be a bad influence.

I'm not 100% sure exactly what cup size I'd end up with if I went for a 460, as you probably know Dr Salman doesn't really like you to choose based on cup size and he also pointed out that cup size is hard to predict for sure because they can vary so much, but when pressed he did say that it could end up being an E or maybe a DD. I suppose in one way that's what has me a bit afraid of it, the thought of possibly being an E, which sounds scarey, but in all honesty when trying them on they didn't LOOK that big and he was very insistent that I put that kind of thing out of my mind and just go with what I liked and worry about cup size later.

My husband is of the opinion that I should go for the smaller ones (410) which makes it all the more worrying. I did like both but thought the 460 balanced me out a bit more because even though the rest of me is quite slim I have quite wide shoulders.

I think you're probably right I'm only scared because the PS said it could end up being an E cup, and that seems so big!

Possibly an E i would be scared of that but if that what you think suits your frame and your happy with it then go for it cos at the end of the day U are the only one that has to be happy with them

It is something how dr's are all so different! My dr would not tell me the cc's. Basically she asked me what I was looking for... She said she only would do surgeries that fit your frame. So, I trusted her. I wanted to look natural. So that is what I would say, if you want to look natural maybe you should go for the smaller one if that would fit your frame better, after all it is not that much smaller. E sounds huge to me, I am a full C now hoping to drop and fluff into a baby D. I am 5'5, 124lb and had 360 cc. My dr said the cc is different for each person because of frame and the size you are start with. Good luck on your decision.

Im not sure if any of girls on here with an E have pics or not...it would be worth asking to peek if they do !

I know E sounds ridiculously big, but, in the world of implants, they probably wouldnt look an E, more like a D nude.... I hope u find all ur answers, good luck x

I think you should go with the 460 cc's. You will probably end up a dd but will only look like a c when you're dressed.
