I'm having second thought on the size

Oh I am soo feeling u concerns girl!!! I am a 32 year old mom of 2. Nursed. Saggy 34 A. I wanted a D. PC suggests 460 HP Saline. Said the max fill is 500. Also said over is a must for me. I am narrow. But I was thnking a would be a full c. Now I am thinking 500 will be HUGE on me, but don't wanna go too small & have regrets. I am considering 460. Maybe 475. I want a D but that's it. I am thinking it all must totally vary on u & your own personal variables. He thought I was too narrow to even get to a D. Idk. I go Wednesday... if anyone has pics going from a 34 A to 500 HP overs saline PLEASE let me know!!! Thanks!

i wore a 34B pre-BA and got 400ccs... i got fitted at nordstrom over the weekend and im fitting a 32DD/32E so far. i was wearing a 34D wireless bra i bought from VS and it was sooo tight and uncomfortable. i bought a natori wireless at nordstrom in 32DD and it fits much nicer. i think you should go less than 500cc if you don't want bigger than a D.

i initially wanted to be a FULL C/SMALL D and my PS suggested 325-350cc. i went with 400cc to be a FULL D. i didn't expect myself to hit DD and im only 5 wks PO but im happy w/my size. except shopping for bras has become a real pain in the @ss!

I wish I"d found this place sooner, everyone here is so helpful. My doctor has already ordered my implants so theres no going back now.. I was kind of nervous about going bigger than a D because i'd figured it would be hard to find things to fit me, like you said. But i'm gonna trust my ps, I told her what i wanted and even if they are bigger I'm sure I will love them in the end.

I am gonna trust that I will get close to that ! Mine is Wednesday.. When is yours Babygirl & are you going with over or under & silicone or saline?

Check my stats. I got 350 and am overflowing some 34C/32D's. I am tickled with the size but am worried they are getting bigger with drop and fluff. I too started with a saggy 34a from having children. I do think Norcalbabe looks outstanding and her pic almost make me wish I had gone with my PS's original thought of 400cc's which I really had no say in because he pretty much did the cc's with no input from me--just an approximate cup size and some pics of ladies with similar stats and similar before pics with the outcome I desired.

my PS was the total opposite - he kept insisting that 325-350cc was more than enough for me and i said i want 400 so in the end he agreed. i told him a FULL D cup but he didn't want to go by cup size so i had to bring in a photo of how i wanted to look proportion-wise.

Our stats are very similar. I got 325 (unders) filled to 380L; 400R and I'm a full 34C. I would think a 375/400 would get you what you want and that anything more would put you into a DD.

I am 5' 3" and weigh 145. I first decided on 400's then went up to 450's then tried up to 600 and thought I had decided on 550's. I started to get so confused and in the end the choice was between 450 and 500. I was so torn between the two. It's so hard to know what the outcome will be on you when it's all done.

My Dr. is very conservative and when he saw how indecisive I was he took me aside and told me 4 out of 5 women who are as indecisive as I was wish they had gone bigger. This is a Dr who has turned pt's away because they wanted to go too big. I suppose all I needed was to know it was okay with him, because at that moment I made my final decision. I went with 500's and so far I'm very happy.

The old tops I've tried have all fit me, although now I fill them out and they look great. I think I would have regretted it if I went smaller. On the other hand any bigger would have been too big. I was surprised at how hard the decision on size was. It is something only you can decide though. I guess because my old clothes still fit but now look good confirms the fact that 500's were not too big for me. Pre op I was an A cup. Don't know what I am now because I'm still in the surgical bra they sent me home in. Have to wear that for another week.

im about the same size and measured at an F today, with 480ccs, you will more than likely be much larger than you re aiming for with 500ccs.

Youll probably be a bit bigger than what you are, wanting but also keep band size in mind that makes a difference in what your cup size will be!!

I measured 30E by LeMystere measurements but just am not so sure about the 30. The E would correspond with larger bandwidth smaller cup letter but I think I need a larger band than 30--don't know where that came from. Ebay may be selling mine when they come in. Of course, it did have me write in my measurements so they can double check so hopefully they will find a mistake if I made one.

It's amazing how the same size implants end up with such different results. As you can see from my stats, my 425/475's put me at a 34DD; I will be having a redo to go smaller (325/375). I got more than I bargained for....for me it's just too much. Good luck!!!
