how does a redo work? do you have to pay the whole same amount as the first????

Fairycakes, I too am having the same decison. I have to decide Monday (7th) since that is my pre-op final. haha. I am stuck between 400 cc or 450 cc, although side view wise, doesn't look all that different. so I may try on the 375cc. because I told my PS I wanted that beautiful cleveage, I only tried on the 400 and 450 cc. and they looked HUGE. I am currently a 34B too though. and 5'2". so what I decided to do is bring in some of my own tops that I have always wanted to "fill out better". and see what implants gives me the look I want. And I will than bump the implant up by 25cc, considering I've heard the implant may be a little smaller once inserted (doing under muscle, - partial). I am *hoping* this is the best solution to my size decison. haha. My first thought was to go to a full C, but I know I may end up a D, which I'm okay with as long as they don't look too big! My biggest problem was trying on the implants and being like " WHOA THEY LOOK HUGE " but than having to realize I'm used to seeing my 34 B's slightly saggy B's. so really ANYTHING above that would look huge!! hahaha. But one of the gals on here made a wonderful point to trust my PS and their staff as they are the experts and will tell you what looks good on you and what doesn't. My PS doesn't want me to boast getting my boobs done by her, only to look like a freak in the eyes of society, ya know? hahaha. Anyway, I'll let you know what I come up with on size and since we are similar maybe that will help.

I think you are making a wise decision...
the majority that wish they went bigger
end up being in the 200cc - 300cc mark...

Hi there.
My ps told me that with my frame...(5'0" 120lbs and my pre-ba is 34B)
in order for me to get a very full C I would probably need 375 filled to 425 and that I could overflow into a D. I decided to go with 350 filled to 400 and from everyone's postings that I have read that it will more than likely still make me a C possibly a D. I would think that with your size and what you already have that 500cc's will make you quite larger than a D cup. Good luck.

I am basically your height and weight but started out an AA. I got 375 sal unders hp and so far am a C cup. I suspect 500 will be larger than a D.
