I think I need to explain to him as well that unlike some other girls I'm not that worried about being overly natural, I quite like a cross between natural and fake. So even if there is slight upper fullness I'll like that anyway.
I'll tell him Friday that's what I want. Thank you for your advice! I feel like you've been my mentor through out my journey! You really have been so nice and helpful I'm so grateful to have 'met' you on here. -hugs-You are right about fitting more, I had one surgeon tell me to go with 360cc and another 340cc! But I didn't feel safe with them and they rushed me too much. The PS I've chosen is very calm, informative and self assured which is what I need. I also think he is the more conservative type too. |

Isn't the forum great;
I always wore a 32A bra because, although probably too tight, the 34A just swamped me. Plus all my bras were padded or gel filled. I have 290cc overs and am 11 days post-op and nicely fill a 34B. This is great because the actual cup part is the same as a 32C but it is so comfortable around my ribs and pushes up my girls wonderfully. I have only boght 2 fancy bras so far as either hanging loose or wearing sports bra but I am so loving them. I also was a bit sad that I can't say to people 'yeah I'm a C now' but implants look so much bigger than natural boobs of the same size due to their rounder and firmer look. I really feel you will be a 34B or similar too H x x |

Wow Sheila that's a pretty big jump! Are you happy with your size? Did it take some getting used to? Did you expect to get that much bigger?
I'd be over the moon if I went that big with what seems so little cc! |

![]() 11 days wow! I bet you're so happy the BA is done and you can just enjoy your new figure! ![]() You could say you're a C if you wear 32C I do need to consider implants look bigger than natural boobs. Also if I don't want people to know it's no good me complaining that they're subtle. Are yours HP? I bet buying those bras was a blast! That's the bit I can't wait for. At the moment I hate buying bras it's weird when I try them on in shops I used to get upset because I'd think the pretty or sexy bras are wasted on my tiny girls. But to be able to have cleavage... wow! Even for my poor bf who gets all my weird mood swings because of my hung up. Oh if this goes well Friday could be the best day ever!

^ I actually disagree, implanted boobs look a lot smaller than equal cup sized natural breasts. (loads of threads/posts saying that, so it's not just me). Natural boobs look bigger than augmented ones. I think this is because implants are indeed rounder and more compact, where as the natural breasts have the fat/fullness more spread out rather than in a concentrated area. (if that makes sense) This is also why it can be harder to find bras that fit properly. They are often meant to accommodate natural and often saggier breasts so the underwires can be too narrow. Especially when you get into the larger sizes it can be a bit of a challenge to find bras that fit right.
I look at myself and I THINK I look like a D/DD but I'm an E/F cup. In clothes it's dead easy to hide, I don't look large or disproportionate in any way, but to hear that cup size, it sounds huge, but it isn't.

I guess with natural breasts the whole mass is filled rather than just projected... if that makes sense? Also I wonder if HP's look smaller than moderates (?) because even though HP's project more you don't as much side boob which seems to create more of an hour glass look (?) I think of HP's being more in the front of your chest. But this is just from what I've seen in some people's pics. I do agree if I didn't know your size I would think of you in the D area. You're one of those people though who can carry that size without looking like they've gone too far and you keep that slim look which is great. Some slim people who go a bit top heavy can look bigger all over than they actually are. Is it very hard for you to find sizes then? I hear some women shop at Le Mystere no 9 for that reason. Although I would personally go on Ebay and get one so much cheaper! P.S. I remember my PS mentioning a complication that I went too big their implant can go into their armpits because the incision has to be bigger? |

![]() I am not sure if mine are HP.... and not sure what the differences are. I think that was the one joys of finding this forum after the surgery: I just went with my surgeons' decisions and guidance without having too many options to worry about. If I had known about all the different sizes, textures, incisions, placement etc I think I would've torn my hair out buying bras and dresses, especially halter neck ones with boob compartments, is amazing. already bought 4 bras, 1 bikini and 4 dresses! I too used to cry that lingerie didn;t fit me. I bought a gell filled basque-type thing from la senza once but it was depressing that there was a gap between the gell and me..... I think I need to keep focusing on the past to remind myself of how brilliant it is to have beautiful round boobies haha. your boyf will be double happy; no more depressed days plus 2 new toys to play with ![]() cant wait to hear how u feel after the op. ^ Not to worry, footchick_uk.
Just elaborating on an opposite perspective.Quote:
I don't have a Le Mystere bra yet, just stuff from Bravissimo and have found some luck at Debenhams and House of Fraser. It can be a bit challenging to find bras that fit right but it's never been a big issue. We have it easier in the UK than those in the US often do. I think after this redo, now that it's impossible to find a DD that will fit, I'll have a bit harder a time. I'm a very full E and more into the F cup range. I can't believe it because that seems so big but I don't look that big. I've got fairly broad shoulders and a big arse, which balances it out. LOL And thank you for the compliment, by the way. With silicone being pre-filled the incision has to be bigger to accommodate the size of the implant, and the implant will be wider, which can fill the sides more, but it doesn't automatically mean you'll have implants into the armpits or anything. They just try to match your BWD the best they can, but that's more a matter of pleasant appearance and avoiding complications such as double bubble and symmastia, which can happen if they need to over-dissect the pocket towards the middle.

Hi just to update this in case people want to know what I ended up being.
I'm now a full 34C so I got what I wanted. I'm really happy. Thank you everyone who helped me before my BA! I know without you all I would've made some big mistakes.
