275cc- could someone predict end result?

Well I went with 275cc and I'm really pleased.

I thought it wouldn't be enough, but for some reason they look big on me!
The PS tried to fit 300cc but they were too big.
I think that helps to know because if I did ever suffer with the greed I'd know I had no choice anyway.

I have very similar stats as you and went with 300s. I'm now filling C cups nicely. Probably somewhere around a medium C. I would think that because your BWD is smaller than mine, you'll probably get to a nice full C. But who knows? Some results with small cc amounts are mind blowing!

Thanks for posting your results! I am actually in a similar position as you once were. I had my consult this week and I am currently a 34(nearly)A and my goal is a nice full B. I have decided with the PS to go with silicone memory gel unders. His recommendation was 275ccs to appear most natural on my 5'0" petite frame and when I tried on the 300cc at the consult, they seemed a wee bit large but that was in a sizer bra. The PS assistant told me that they will be behind the muscle so 300ccs only appear that large when trying sizers on. The PS said that 300ccs were too big for me in his opinion but he is rather conservative so I am utterly confused right now??

I wonder if 275ccs and 300ccs makes that much of a difference for final results? HELP!!! What does a girl do?

i have same ribacage size as u 27" i did saline under 270cc right 270 f/t 300cc left. I was a 32A before my BA. im 4weeks POst op and Im finally allowed to wear a bra and i went shopping yesterday. 32C didnt fit, my boobies were popping out too much so the girl working there gave me a 32D and my amazement it fit me perfectly!! I went to F.O.H for my bras. I know I still need to "settle" so I hope to once my muscles relax I'll gain some more volume. Good luck!!

Hi London34A, I know its been a while since you posted, but I wondered if you have had you BA and what the resullts were? I am also a London girl, I had my BA done through the Harley Medical Group and my Op was carried out at the Highgate. My stats are almost identical to yours and I had 280cc, at the moment I am a large 34C, but still wearing my post op bra which is a 34D as they do seem to go up a bit towards the end of the day. I don't seem to have much swelling and hardly any bruising, so I am hoping that after D&F I will remain around the same size.

I have has terrible boobie greed and I am convinced that I have gone to small, but my surgeon said that I was to small and didn't have enough breast tissue to go any bigger. Looking at my pre op pictures I can see there is a huge difference and just can't wait to get into pretty bras again, as like my Husband said, the sports bras are suppose to support you, not flatter !!!

From what I know the difference between 270cc and 300cc is a matter of tablespoons or teaspoons (others feel free to correct me)
You 5'0 and petite that's smaller than me and if you weigh much lighter than me 120 pounds and have a smaller rib cage 27". The chances are even if you did go with the 270cc you'd end up a couple of sizes bigger than a B.
If you look at the lady who's posted under you she's got the same rib cage as me and has ended up a D!
For all I know I could be a D too because I've based my results on my sports bra and I did one of those self measure online.
I personally found sizers made me look a LOT bigger than the actual result. I should put my results in my album so you can compare the reality to the rice test.
I would take into account how natural you want to look also is size more important than this?
Do you know what profile you're getting?
Such as high profile, moderate... etc
This will make a difference. I got high profile which means I really wanted as much projection as possible and didn't expect side boob, however I've been fortunate enough to end up with both but at the time I knew there was a risk I might not have much if any.
Another option could be to do what I did, get the PS to order in both sizes and when your under GA he can try both sizes on you and judge if you could get away with 300cc and if not to put the 270cc in instead.
I know size is really difficult and I agonized over it but in my case I'm really happy with my size and if you only want to be a B which isn't a big jump I think either of those sizes will more than get you there.
I can't stress enough to not be afraid of cup sizes. Time and time again I read a C and a D isn't that big when it's augmented. I thought women on here are crazy that's massive but it really isn't because if you end up a C you'll look like a B in clothes. It's weird they look a lot bigger undressed so when you want to get an idea of size try to find women who have photos of themselves dressed as well as undressed.

Hi wow thanks for sharing L216! Congratulations that's great!
I can't wait to go bra shopping I briefly tried an underwire on yesterday and it hurt like hell so I'm not ready yet.
Fingers crossed in a week or so I'll be able to go shopping and see what I measure in the shops.
I just wish here in England we had F.O.H and V.S.
My sister works for F.O.H and she gets 40% off soooo jealous! I might have to see if I can convince her to send some over to me.

Hi Diana, in my sports bra and when I've measured myself I'm a 34C. Next week I should feel better enough to buy some proper bras so I'll let you know what I am in certain brands.
I might just go for a simple M&S bra to start with.

My implants are over the muscle so my results now should pretty much stay the same.
For you though I think during the next few months you should see some significant changes.
I've read so many times that girls with unders usually get bigger once they've D&F. I would imagine your skin is probably still very tight and hard and the muscle is still taught.
I think once you've had time to properly recover you'll be happier with your results and you'll look bigger.
A great idea is to take pictures of yourself once a week so you can see this.
I think for us at least if we do ever feel we went too small we can console ourselves with the fact we had no choice. We couldn't have gone any bigger rather than kicking ourselves thinking 'if only...'
Also if you had have gone bigger just think maybe you'd be on here now upset because you've developed some horrible complication.
These past weeks I've been very on and off with the size.
Meaning one day I'll love them the next I'm a bit unsure and 'blah'.
However recently I've been a lot more realistic, positive and really happy with them because they do look a hell of a lot better then before my BA, they look a decent size in bikinis, and in halters they look great too.
The only time the look smallish is in clothes, but I figure if it really bothers me I'll just wear padding.
I know some women are horrified that after all that money to then go onto wear padding is crazy but for me I'd rather do that than have gone bigger because out of clothes I think they would look way too big and quite frankly I'm worried about sagging. Also to stress again I think thank goodness I don't have any complications!
Imagine if we had have gone bigger and something went wrong? We'd be so gutted we didn't just take the PS's advice and we'd probably get little sympathy because everyone would think 'I told you so'.
Also I really would rather avoid a lift for as long as possible and I haven't had children yet.
Give yourself a few more weeks I know the time drags but until you can put proper bras on and you've experienced the magic of D&F you don't really know how you're going to finally feel about them.

Thanks so much for your reply. I am still very undecided about the size but I guess my biggest concern(s) is that I look "done" on my smaller frame. Yes, I do want to look natural but it scares me to think that by choosing 300ccs may "over-do" me if that makes sense. If the silicone implant is behind the muscle, then would a matter of 275cc and 300ccs really make a significant difference in my overall appearance? BTW, I am around 107 lbs, 5'0", and currently my profession is a fitness instructor so I want to maintain a "somewhat" conservative appearance in my job but in the bedroom want to have a much fuller, larger look than what I have now (nearly A)

Sorry to sound like I am going around in circles with this but then again, perhaps I am....ahhhh!!!

I always think if in doubt and you have the option of going bigger even if it is by only 25cc then go bigger. If it is slightly big after it will be played down by your sports bra anyway during your fitness instruction.
The only reason I didn't go bigger was because I couldn't, and I didn't want to risk complications such as tenting- or worse!
You are a lot lighter than me and slighty smaller in height too so I think 270cc or 300cc will give you a great size.
I think if it's safe go for the 300cc go for it.
You don't want to go through it all wishing you'd gone that little bit bigger.
Maybe experiment with the rice test or even put 25cc into bowl and you'll see for yourself how little amount it is.
I do understand though it's hard to make that decision I was exactly the same and at the time 25cc seemed like 200cc.
I'm sure you'll be happy with which ever you go with, as I said you'll get more size for your cc because your smaller than me and the size will be more concentrated on your body rather than it being a bit more spread out on my frame.
