Do you think you'll be staying with hp's or changing to a different profile?

350 should be good. Should get you to a very nice C. That's 150 cc less, and I think I've read that it takes 100 cc's to go up or down a size. So it seems like you'll be a full C with that, maybe a baby D. Good luck!!!

I'm having the same issue. I wanted a full C and got way more than I bargained for. I had my 1st surgery over a year ago and got 475cc's (round-saline), which has made me a 34DD from a 34 B. I am extremely unhappy. I am 5'0 tall and weigh 120lb. My PS reassured me each check-up that I should give it more time...but I think 1 year is enough. I literally have bought 3 new shirts since my surgery. Shopping is depressing....not fun.....it always ends up with me crying. I have found myself wearing baggy clothes to actually cover up my large chest...which I never imagined I would do. I want to get a redo but I am nervous that it is going to look terrible when they replace the larger implant for a smaller one. Also, I have no idea what size to go down to. Do you think a 300cc-325cc would do the trick? I just want my body to look proportionate, while also looking full. Any advice??

Best of luck tomorrow jbrezy. From reading everyone's posts...it looks like you should be fine. Please keep us posted on your progress. Also, quick question for you. Is your PS going to go in and stitch up the sides so that the implant doesn't move to the sides of your ribcage? My PS mentioned that to me and said that the procedure would take longer than my original surgery (1 1/2-2 hours). Anyway, I was just wondering if you would have to go through the same thing. Rest up.....

I'm thinking that will make you a lrge C or small D. You may want to back down to 275-300 range!!

Just checking in to see how your surgery went! Hopefully everything turned out well! I actually have a few more questions for you. Did your PS say anything about whether or not your breasts would be stretched out and saggy from switching to a smaller size? My PS said that they should go right back to normal because skin is very elastic....but I'm not so sure I am 100% convinced. Also, did you PS charge you the full amount for your redo because you weren't pleased with the results? I'm not sure what to do. From Day 1...I was not pleased. They turned out way bigger than what I wanted. I expressed my concerns from the beginning to my PS and he continued to tell me that I should give it more time....at least 1 year. He also suggested that I try and lose some weight because he said that could be why they seemed bigger on me. Anyway, in my visit in March he said that when June came around...if I still was not satisfied then he would do my surgery for free, but I would have to still pay for the implants and hospital fees, including anesthesia. He said that it would be around $3000. When I showed up for my appt. in June ready to book my surgery...he said that I would have to pay $3000 for his fee, plus the other fees! I reminded him of what he had told me at our prior visit and he said "Oh yea, that does sound like something I would say. However, this surgery is going to be longer (2 hours) because I will have to go in and stitch up the sides so that the new implants don't move to the side of your ribcage." He then said that he would give me a "deal" and only charge me $1500, plus the $3000 in hospital fees...which ends up to be $4500 for my redo....vs. the $3000 he originally quoted me. I left upset and didn't know what to do. On top of that, I found my before and after pictures on his website (without my head and name mentioned) and the write up on me isn't 100% true. It says that I was extremely pleased with my results and that Victoria's Secret is sometimes a more greater cost than the procedure....which is FALSE! I have expressed numerous times to him that shopping was very depressing and upsetting for me. Anyway, I don't know what to do. I want to get a redo and was able to afford the price that he quoted the first time (in fact, I had begun saving up for it....hoping that I would be able to get it done this summer before school starts). But now, I don't know what to do! I set up another appt. with him in a couple of weeks to express some of my concerns that I listed above....but I am sooo nervous and afraid to be confront him. Please let me know your thoughts. I am lost........
