Such Confusion! Help!

Heyyy girls. Alright, so here's the deal. I am a 32AAA and never getting anyyy bigggerrr hahaha. I'm going for the surgery in about a month. Round. Smooth. Saline. Under the muscle. But here's my question... what the heck size do I go?!?!?! I don't want to be big at all. I'm only 5'4" and soooo ridiculously petite. Now I've talked to my doctor and she said she was looking at either putting in a 270 under the muscle and it would come out looking like 240 or put a 240 under the muscle and it would come out looking like a 210... but I honestly have no idea what it's really going to look like. And I know everyone ends up looking different. But I'm freaking and stressing and it's such a big deal for me. And I'm not doing this to get big boobs, it's not about big boobs, don't wanna fall on my face hahahaha. I just look really want to feel sexy and confident about myself. And I'm hoping to achieve a B, I guess a full B, but no bigger than that. Any suggestions, pleaseeee and thank you! xoxoxo =)

Hmmm... I'd go with the 270. I got 300 cc's over the muscle, and I got a C (i think) but I started out with more tissue than you! Once you get them I bet you will be glad you didn't go smaller because they don't seem as big as you think when you actually have them. BUT... if you want a for SURE B cup then go with the smaller size. Although I think you'd really love the 270's once you saw them on you! :-)

I'd go with the 270cc. They look smaller than you think. You can look at my album and see my results with 300 I too am pretty petite. I wanted a Full B small C but I am so glad my Dr. took creative liberties within reason as he said. I am insanely happy with the size. Nice for going out and they hide in work clothes. What does your ribcage measure btw? That's my suggestion a lot more girls wish they were a little bigger on here than those who wish they were smaller though there are some.

I'd go w/270's. I bet that size will settle nicely to be a very full b/baby c on you. I think its better to have them be a little bigger than too small and then wish u had gone a tad bigger.

I would go with at least the 270cc. You gotta remember you are starting out with a AAA so in my eyes thats kinda like a negetive #, I was the same way. So 270cc may get you a full B. I'm gonna be the one to say you may want to go to 300cc or 325cc. Just my opinion!! You may want to read over some threads on here where sooo many girls wish they would have went just a little bigger. Just in case!Good Luck!

I never thought I would say that.. i just got my BA 12 days ago and I was terrified of being to big! I am very petite. I am 4'10 1/4 and 100lbs and was a 32 A barely... I wanted to be a full B small C, my main concern was looking natural and not huge. My PS and I decided on 325cc cohesive gel unders. I was so nervous I had made the wrong decision up until the day of surgery... No I wish I had gone slightly bigger, go figure. It seems I am fitting into a 34B, it might be to soon to tell since they haven't dropped yet but I feel I could have gone bigger.. So all in all I suggest you go with the 270cc

Soooooo, I'm freaking out guys! My surgery was moved from August 6th to freaking next Tuesday July 15th! Yeah talk about stressing out haha. But I know I want this. I went to my PS today and we finally decided on a size. I have a very narrow chest wall and am extremely petite so we changed me from moderate profile to high profile so that the implants are more narrow and will stick out a quarter of an inch further towards the front. I'm doing the 250-275 mentor implant filled to a 300 and she said it'll give me a full B, small C, exactlyyyy what I wanted =) Lets just hope it comes out that way hahaha.
