Is 450's cc too big?

Hi

My stats are:

32 AA, 115 lbs, 5'6''. Would 450cc's (HP) make me look like a porn star? I want to be on the more natural side but I still want some boobs!

Not at all. 450cc will probably give you a small D since you are starting out a AA, but not porn star boobs. And a small D in augmented breast wull look more like a C!

have you considered going moderate or moderate plus vs hp?? I think if you want a more natural look those would be a better choice for you due to less projection and more width.....just something to think about, but do what your ps recommends.

I don't think 450 would give you a porn star appearance. If your starting small...it won't really be that big getting 450...especially if you get mods. If you get hp's though be aware that they are not as wide as the same cc in a mod. which means you will have to get a bigger implant in the hp's to make up the difference in the width if thats what you want.

I don't think so as I don't look like a porn star with my 450 Hp's. They look quite natural I'm told...

I was measured as 32 A/AA. I went with 400 (L) and 450 (R) moderate profile sils and I love the result. Mine look natural and I can wear anything from a 32D to 34C and even some 34Ds (some bands are just tighter than others and I don't like tight bands so I lean toward 34s).

Hi star! I cant say exactly what my final results are going to be like but I just got 425cc high profile silicone done today, and I think they lok amazing already! I am very tall and thin, and I even have a little side boob with the high profile! I think you would be very happy with them! 450 cc in high profile has the same amount of projection as 425cc, but it is a tad bit wider in diameter

my RC size i the same as yours and i was able to get moderates. my PS advised mods w/saline or mod+ w/silicone for my frame.

to answer your question, i don't think they will be too huge or make you look like a porn star. good luck!

Hi star, Although I have not had my BA yet (Sept 18th, yee hah!!!), I have very similar stats to you. I too was afraid of the porn star look as well. My PS said that because I have a small rib cage and little breast tissue that the HP would be the best for me. Because I am in my late fourties I do not want two round M & M's on my chest, I want the natural slope, natural look. I also have a chest deformity (pigeon chest) bone sticks out further than my sad deflated boobs. I feel that your PS will give you the best advice with regard to what would look best for your frame, but certainly question him if you are not happy with what he proposes. Good luck!!!

I started out as a VERY small B cup and went with 500 CC silicone HP unders. I don't look that big at all. In fact, in clothes, you can hardly tell. Now, don't get me wrong, if I want to show them off, they are definitely there, but I can make them look totally normal. I think you would be very happy with 450, and with your small ribcage, HP's are probably the way to go. JMO. Good luck!

We have very similar stats. I got mod plus in 400cc's. I ended up a 32E, but I started off a little larger than you, and I think they only look like small D's. When they were swollen after I first got them, I was embarrassed by them and called them "stripper boobs", haha. Now that they've healed and taken on a more natural shape, they're not like that at all. They're not high or round on top. I know that some people with HP's end up high and round, and some people look very natural with HP's. It depends on your doctor and what you want.

My ribcage is 28 also and I think the HP's are a great choice in order to prevent too much side boob. You will still get some with 450's but it will just give your body more shape. I do not think it is too big if you are okay with big. I have 350 HP and started with a 34 A. I am wearing a 34C and some 34D/32D's.

i wear a 32 band, or 34's sometimes. I never filled up an A cup before..i got 450's and sometimes i wish i'd gone bigger.. i don't look porn star-ish and some ppl say they look natural on me. i wear a 32DDD or a 34DD. i can wear the right top and have them stand out..or i can wear a different shirt and tone them down a bit hahaha. you can look at my profile, i have different pics so you can get an idea

no i think if your ps recommends hp you should go with that.....just let your ps you want a more natural look.....also augmented breasts tend to look smaller than real ones.....maybe try to bring in some pics of what youd like to look like and let him do the magic, thats what I did

my PS said if i wanted a natural look i could go w/the modplus if i wanted - and my ribcage is 27 inches. but i'd say the modplus' might give you more of what you're looking for.
