This gives me hope, I have overs as well and am almost 5 weeks postop. I have lost 1" in size when the swelling was gone. I'm hoping I become fuller and gain some of that size back.lol

Overs do not fluff the same as unders. There is no muscle holding them back. So after swelling is gone they simply settle a little. They don't fluff quite as much. You may be looking at your final size.

I hope they get big again.... i find it so funny that for all these years i had nothing and now i have a little something and i still think they are too small. I will keep the faith and hope that this fluffing business works! Alraria, you are so lucky that you ended up with a larger size, not sure what you were before but i was a 32 barely A 325cc cohesive gel under and i am not a 34 B... hhhmmmm

Wait, I'm confused... I thought going BIGGER would cause more rippling? My ps told me he'd only go up to 300 cc's to avoid complications like rippling, etc.

Regardling size. Only my left got swollen after surgery so im speaking on that one boob. It did get bigger as opposed to my right. It is still slightly swollen. But I did lose 1/2 a cup after but now im d&f and they are getting fuller! My shapely! I like the swollen look cuz it look bigger and perkier but the d&f got me back to that size (almost) but more natural and dropped. Both big but differently... both great!!!

Yes you are right. I would be going up 140cc. The thing is I like my diameter which is 14.3 and I can't find any implants with that diameter in silicone other than a 800cc which is 14.2. I want only HP/silicone which I believe my help. I would have to crossed my fingers on the rippling.
