Hey girls!
I'm new to this, signing in all the way from Norway actually so please forgive my english

I had slightly tubular, small A-cups and explained to my doctor that I wanted full C-cup/small D cup.. We ended up using 425cc McGhan type 410 (cohesive gel) full hight, full projection.

I had my BA 12 days ago and as of now, I am very very disapointed.. My breasts look allot smaller than what I expected..I've spent the entire day looking at myself in the mirror and just crying. I've been wanting this for 7 years and right now it just feels like all the pain and money i spent was for nothing. I'm not even slightly excited about having them done.

Now I'm thinking that I should have gone larger and I'm disapointed that my doctor didn't offer me larger implants. This is absolutely not the "fullness" I was going for... Ahhhhhh..I have so much on my chest, but don't really know what to say..

What do I do? Is it possible to do a second BA? Are they gona charge me the same? I'd really really appreciate any input cuz I'm really losing my mind!!!

Well if you spend some time on this site, you will see that you are not alone. However, 12 days out is really early to hate them. They will drop and fill out over the next few weeks/months. Give them time to become "normal". It is possible to have a revision surgery to change size, but most doctors will require that you wait 6 months. I know it is hard, but try to stay positive because you just might love them in the near future. What you are feeling is pretty normal, so do not feel alone.

oh hon, give it time. everyone on here has said it takes much longer than 12 days for your implants to drop and fluff! Did you go under the muscle or over the muscle? I would think if you went under the muscle, you are WAY to early to tell. My PS said it could take up to a year for my implants to completely be where they are going to be. Don't loose hope, I think you are way to early to be worrying yet. 425 cc's is a lot of implant.

Do not stress just yet.

I went over the muscle..forgot to mention that I got anatomical implants, don't know if that makes much difference..

First, welcome to the forums! I'm glad you found this place - it is just amazing for support and information....you'll love it here!

425 cc's IS a lot of implant, so don't worry too much just yet (not always easy, I know). Although you have overs, I imagine your skin has some stretching to do yet to accommodate the implants, and they need a chance to settle in. There are some ladies here with anatomical overs, so I'm hoping they will chime in, too.

I have unders, and I'm almost 4 months out and I am still softening and changing!!

Do you have a post-op appointment coming up so you could talk to your ps about your concerns?

Hi! And thank you so much...I'm so happy I found this place, it's taken a big load off of my shoulders!
Well, he used absorbable sutures so I didn't need to go in to remove any sutures and he told me to call and schedule an appointment whenever I wanted/IF I wanted. I thought I'd wait a while cuz I think if I'll go there now he'll probably just tell me to be patient and give it time.. so I'll just wait a bit guess...

I've read through allot of the threads and I've seen that I'm not the only one out there who feels like this..which is a relief.. But still, it's so frustrating and draining.. It's been a rollercoaster ride of emotions these past few days...

first you need to relax...i know, easier said than done. you are going through boobie greed right now, seems like we all go through it. you aren't too far out from surgery so you need to give it some time.....i went through the same thing and eventually started loving my boobies.

Hi there.I think we had our BAs around the same time.. (july 2nd for me) I have unders though... but I think there are supposed to be changes to come either way. I sure hope so.. I think we are going through the very same thing so you are definitely NOT alone. I don't quite like how I look and I swear I look pretty much the same with clothes on. After all we went through...!!! Anyway I am trying SO hard to be positive but its hard.. you know!! Anyway this site has been invaluable. Its sucking but it would be soo much worse if I didn't have this site to come to. Anyway just wanted to say hi and thank you for your question... I will be checking on your thread too!

were your implants placed under the muscle? if so it'll take some time still before those muscles relax enough for the implants to really 'show'. and for both over placement and under placement - your skin too still needs to stretch to accommodate the implants. at 12 days your still so early post......give it about another month or two

Don't worry..you will get bigger. I have 425cc HP, silicone and was very flat at the beginning, square frankenboobs. (SOOOO ugly!) I am now dropping and have gotten a lot bigger. It takes a couple of months, but you will see progress. PM me if you want to see my yahoo group. You can see what I had before (32A) and what I am now.

I too was very depressed after my BA. So much money, so much pain, soreness and even sore in my back. Now I am feeling amazing..but in time. I JUST started to feel good..and it has been 3 months.

I noticed my overs got an entire cup size larger after a month or two post-op as they softened up.
You've probably lost a bit of swelling and they look smaller but they still have some healing to do and they'll likely get better in the next few weeks and possibly larger. Try not to let this bother you too much. It's still early days.

You say that u've noticed that your overs have gotten larger... could you maybe give me a heads up on what size I can expect ending up with with my 425cc anatomicals?
I know, I'm soooo impatient!! lol

hey! I had mine on 1st of July. Everything went really smoothly, I just wasn't repared with this rollercoster of emotions..WOW. But I'm trying to keep my cool.
