I'm 5'4 115-120 lbs - curvy but somewhat muscular. I currently wear a 34D but my breasts sag tremendously. Without the sag I would probably be a full C. I am definitely getting a lift but trying to decide if I should get an implant too. If I'm already a D cup but lose cup size with the lift and need an implant, how many CC's will I need to get to still pull off at least a D cup? (The PS said I would be at least a full C after a lift.) I'm not opposed to being a DD but I guess I have to find out what DD really means. What's the difference between a D and a DD as far as look. Is it noticeable? Could I pull off a DD or more with my height and weight?

I dont think their is a huge difference from D to DD, and if you were a D cup before, and a DD afterwards nobody would probably even notice. I went from an A to a D and so far you can't even tell in some clothes, (in a sportsbra still though) Now, in a bathing suit or naked it is a big difference, but I went up 3 sizes!

I bet 150cc to 200cc would be a safe range for you to work with, that should bring you up atleast 1 cup size

If you will still be a full C after the lift, I would think 150 to 200 cc's would make you a full D small DD. YES, DD look great in implants on someone your size!!! You have already been large so why not go for the DD. Everyone says implants look smaller than the real thing so go for the DD's!!!!

D to DD is about an inch, overall. Most people think DD is Pam Anderson but that isn't the case.
