Starting at a 34B naturally, if I wanted to go with a Mod+ or HP .... what size range would I need to be big enough to have quite a bit of side boob and a full upper pole ?

Starting with the following
34B
30" RC
16.5 BWD
5'9" 135lbs

BTW I really like the look of BrunetteBeauty & the shape of MissPriss ,but they are quite a bit shorter then I am.

This is a hard thing to answer.

For me personally -- I have some sideboob with the 450 mod profile unders I have. I started out an A -- and have a 32" ribcage. some of the profiles/pix you see don't show sideboob -- particularly if the bra is creating a lot of cleavage. I have great sideboob in a plain bra, but not a lot when they are squished to the center.

This is a hard decision -- we have all been where you are!

I would say go with a 800 Allergan Mod implant and have them fill it to 850...the specs would be 16.4 diameter and 5.6 projection. I have a 31 RC and and I have LOTS of side boob with mine, I don't know what my BWD was but any wider and these would be armpit boobs.

Thanks BTW for liking my boobs!!! I have a 27 inch ribcage not sure of BWD??? My boobs are far apart, my 700's are 13.8 diameter and 6.9 projection. How much projection do you want? The highest Inamed HP goes too is 850 with 14.7 diamter and 7.2 projection. Are your boobs far apart or close together? I think 16.5 is the width of your boob now? I haven't looked at mentors mod+, but that may be the route you should go! OK so checked into mod+ and it only goes up to 15.5 diameter, you may have to go with mods instead!
