Hi ladies, I don't really know about cc amounts and I wanted to know how many CCs a full B and a small C would be.

oh I didn't know that Flaaak, well I'm 5'4" weight: 155, my size on the left is a small (really small IMO) B and on the right a full A, I don't know what my ribcage dimentions are.

I understand until now, that it depends on the person. It depends on your height, weight, ribcage dimentions, how your boobies are and your pre op size. Give us your stats and we might stimate how many cc's you would need, but the person who can really help you with this and really aproximate the amount of cc's you need is a plastic surgeon! I would say you would be looking around 400cc at least to achieve that. Your PS would tell you best. Other factors that determine how many cc's you can hold is the skin tightness.

The rule of thumb is 150cc equals a cup size. Although this isn't true for everyone just a tool!!
