size, its such big decision! no pun intended there! lol.
everyone will look different & have different results with the same cc amount. depends what your body size is, boob size & your tissues. trust your PS & just do lots of research! xxx |

I have to agree with what the other gals have said, go with the look you like, and don't worry about cup size or cc amount.
Good luck

I agree with everyone. if you liked that size, than go for that size... don't look at other gals pics with similiar CC's. as every gal will look different... AND if you are going under muscle.. the sizer look will be different than the actual implanted look (smaller) just so you know.

10 Days and counting!
I'm coming down to the wire here, I have decided that I'm going to go with the 750cc's, I don't think they'll look bad at all and I am sure that once it's done if I had gone for the smaller 450's I would be disappointed. I am a 36c size for someone above who's asked me but I'm not sure on what my ribcage is. I do have good tissue to work with because of the amount of weight I've lost, I'm saggy, uck! One thing that may be an added bonus is my PS has asked if I would allow her to lift the skin on the top of my areola as it is saggy as well, to which I said heck yes!! I've had two kids and of course everyone knows what that does to the boobies! I will take before photos, then after ones and post on the site once I've gotten it all done. I'm so excited!!

I think you will be happy with the outcome. If you trust your ps, and you have discussed your goals, and shown pics of what you like.. then your ps is the one most qualified to make the recommendations. The way we are all built has SO much to do with what looks good and what doesnt. Also.. the majority of women after a ba wished they had gone bigger!!

I have a 700+50cc implant mod filled to 800 ccs and they are saline and full and nice. They are great looking. If I wear a black top or button down shirt I can look dress them down or up with something more form fitting. I love them and would never reduce. I am looking to replace with silicones.

Only 425cc's here but from all I've read and the consults I've had I'd say FOR SURE go with the 750's - I'm getting them myself if I can't receive 800s >_>
Good luck girl!

if you're able to get 750's, then it wouldn't sound too unreal for the dr. to fit in the extra 50cc's. as far as volume goes, the extra 50 is almost an unnoticable amount.

Yeah I know what you mean, it's just that when I asked him what the biggest size I could go was he automatically said '750' but I didn't challenge him on that. I'm sure getting the extra 50 isn't an issue though at all. Not that it would make a huge difference or anything >.>

if you want to see what funny faces your doctor can make, in jest but with a totally serious look; the next time you discuss it and if he says 750, just smugly reply "i was thinking more 1000". it would probably be something fitting for youtube. but to stay on topic, if you're going with a 750 there is always the possibility of overfill if you decide to go with saline.
one reason why dr.'s seem wary is because your boobs will be like their signature, some are being conservative because they want to risk fewer complications. however with a little homework and a lot of convincing, you may be able to get what you want. |

But I did so more in a joking fashion. I've seen some pics of girls with 1000cc's and I must say they're pretty huge, but not freakishly so. I can imagine they're difficult to get though. I would like to go silicone so I might have a bit of a problem, but I read that either 800 or 900cc are the biggest they make silicone implants so it shouldn't be too difficult to get them - I'm just impatient of course

if you are looking for "custom" sizes, it seems that some companies in europe still make them (in silicone) and on occasion they're also manufactured in north america; usually for use in fda or other health studies. the only catch is finding a surgeon, since very large sizes are uncommon, finding skilled hands who're willing to take the risk can also be difficult. however i've seen girls who have gone over seas for larger sizes come back with fantastic results.

Hmm... vacation to Europe and XL implants all in one go? There's no reason not to go!
I wonder why their more lax on restrictions there... makes sense I guess considering their more liberal policies. Still, I'm sure that having such sizes more widely available would go a long way towards some customer satisfaction :x
