| Large Breast Implants This forum will be for discussing implants that are 700cc or larger. Although 700cc may not seem large to some, they are, generally, considered a larger size. |

First off this is my first time posting on the boards, and I want to thank all of you ladies for your willingness to post and help me to learn what BA is all about.
I went and had a 2nd consult, and the doctor placed 2-750cc silicones on me and it looked fabulous (to me and the doctor, and her assistant we had a roomful of people in there lol). After reading the boards though, I am fearful that 750 is too big. I am 5'4 145 and they didn't seem to huge on me , but after looking at other pictures on here, I am scared to death they are wayyyyy to big for me. Does anyone have any pictures of 750 cc implants around my height and weight. Thanks so much Sarah |

That's definitely big, but may look great on you! Do you have any breast tissue to start with? There's people on the board who have gone that big and look fabulous. It's all in what YOU want. If you like the way 750s look, I say go for it! :-)

Thank you so much for your reply...
I lost about 120lbs 2-3 years ago and I have alot of skin to deal with (tummy tuck to follow but that is another story for another day lol). I am currently 36C, so I do have something to work with. The doctor I am going to said that I could pull it off and look good (I work out most every day and I am fairly musculer in the arms and legs). But gosh, it sure seems like not many have gone with 750cc and after reading, that seems like alot. Thank you again for replying Sarah |

I agree, I say you go for it!! I have my days where I wish I'd gone bigger. My boobs look great in a bra, but when I put clothes on it's a different story, I feel like it wasn't as big a change as I'd hope for. You will look amazing, don't even sweat it!

hey I think 750cc's would look good. I've seen pictures of girls on here with big implants and they don't look out of proportion at all. and go for what you want! If you like the way they look in the sizers then I'm sure you would love them! and my surgeon says for people will a little bit of sag a bigger implant is better because it lifts them, he said otherwise you are going to have a big saggy boob. good luck! but my only concern would be finding bras! i mean if you already have a 36C you are going to be BIG! my friend had a small 36C to begin with and she got 465cc's and she wears a 36DD now. but if your not worried about finding bras and being to big, go for it! it's better than having booby greed later.
hey i was wondering who your surgeon is? I saw your location said springfield illinois. i am from gibson city, but i had my first BA done in springfield and im unfortunately unhappy with the size, so im looking at a redo to go bigger. but my plastic surgeon is very conservative. if your surgeon says you can handle 750cc's thats the kind of surgeon i need! lol so if you could help me, i'd appreciate it! |

Girl if it looks good on you go for it. CC's are just numbers its all in how they look on you. I know I have seen several girls on here with 700 and they look fab.

Yes, it is a large size but it really depends on what look you are trying to achieve. If the sizers looked great on you than don't second guess as you may end up dissapointed.

750 came about as I had gone back for my second consult and when we put the original sizers in which were 450cc's they didn't look the same to me. So, she asked if I might want to add a sizer which we put an additional 300 on top of the 450 which I really liked. I came home and googled 750cc's to see what they looked like on other women to kind of get an idea from a different angle I was kind of afraid and of course started to second guess, lol. I think it's one of those things where you kinda can't take it back once you get it, it's not like buying a shirt, getting it home and going "hey, this doesn't look as good on me here as it did at home and taking them back, lol. But, that's how I came to the 750cc's.

yep I agree...you loved
the look on you so you'll love it even more when you get them...Your first reaction of *it looked fabulous* is the right reaction...don't second guess yourself...Í have 800cc though I'm taller and weigh less...you're starting out a C cup so you'll end up with more boob then me ![]() I say go for it...you'll look very voluptuous ![]() |

Hi! I am all about big boobs!! It reallly........ just depends what look you are going for. If you want the E or F cup look then GO FOR IT! You are the same size as my girl and if I had to guess a good size with her, I would honestly say 500cc and she is a full A/small B. I am only hesistant because you are a C. And in my head I would think a C cup ranges anywhere from 300-400cc. So add that to 750cc. But again like I said, what ideal size are you aiming for hon?

I'm smaller than you and I have 700 so I feel like you can certainly pull off 750!!! Go for it!

I'm basically going to agree with everyone else here. If you thought they looked fabulous, then go for it and don't let the number scare you. When my PS recommended 650 for me, I thought he was crazy!! But, in the end, I'm SO glad I went with his recommendation!
It's true though, you'll be big, so it all depends on what size you want to be in the end. |

I am only five foot tall and have 500cc. It TOTALLY doesn't look like 500cc on me!! In clothes they look modest!
If I went any smaller I would have be WAY disappointed. Some body types just eat up implants! I bet it won't look too big at all!

Thanks you guys for all the words of encouragement! It's great to have somewhere to go and talk with others who've had all this done and can help out. I feel a lot better I think I just had a panic attack moment, it can get a bit overwhelming!

First things first.. don't worry about your CC amount! If you liked the was 750ccs looked on you go for it. Once they are placed you are no longer 750ccs but a cup size and hopefully your desired outcome.
![]() I doubt this will ease your fears but in the grand scheme of things 750ccs isn't that big. |
