I am 23 years old - 5'9 - 155lbs - full A pre-op. My goal is just to fill out, get more of a "sexy handful" look with surgery. I think a full C would be ideal for me. The doctor suggested 450cc's for me. My goal is not to get huge boobs, does anyone have any advice who has experiance with 450cc's??

Please help

what profile are you getting? moderate, moderate + or Hp's?
I don't think 450cc's will be HUGE. I got 400cc filled to 420cc, and I was a 34B to start off.. and can wear a 36D bra now.. although I'm still very early out... and I LOVE them!! Also depends what band width you are now.. as to how big you'll end up being. for your height, I think 450cc's will be nice.

You will probably be more like a ful D. But they won't be too big at all for your frame. You will look great!

I haven't had my BA yet, either. I am going for 450 anatomicals. You can see my stats. I think I will be a 'good' D cup. It depends a lot to on your body. I am really pear shaped (*sigh*), so I think I can go for a bit bigger boobies. Then I won't be pear shaped, just cuuurvy!!! LOL!

But with your height & weight I think they will be fine. Hopefully, someone with similar stats can give you a better idea.

And apparently, augmented boobs in a D, don't look quite so big as a natural D, from what I've read on here so far.

At first I was going for a Full C so my ps recommended 450 - 475 for me. Well, after reading on here, a Full C on a tall gal doesn't look like much so I went alittle bigger. So glad I did. They hide well when needing to be conservative. Don't be afraid of a D. It's not as big as you might think.

i dont think with 450ccs u will be a D cup because u started out an A cup but it does depend on ur bosy and the type of implant. i got 500ccs and i started out as a B cup and i think i will be a D or DD but my ps told me in order for me to even get a D cup id have to go 450cc or more. i was going to get 400ccs and he thought id only be a full C with that so with u being an A cup, i think 450ccs will be great on u and u might get a full C.. but there are some girls on here that get 400ccs and start out an A cup and get a D or DD.. so its hard to tell. but listen to ur ps he knows more about ur body than we do

Sooooooo true!!! I'm 5'11" and wear a 36DD and they seriously do not look that big on me!

I got 450cc implants, but I started with a C-cup. It seems like the number of ccs required to go up a certain number of cup sizes varies so much from woman to woman. Good luck!

Well my stats are similar and I got 420 filled to 450 and I AM A D!!!!! 2months out and I am a 34 D . I have unders too, so they arent going to get any smaller. I was also an A before sooooo I would say go for it. I think you should def atleast do 450. I was scared cuz I always thought a D was huge, but now I realize that is really isnt. I mean, I look pretty big nude, but barely noticable in clothes. I never thought I would be one with booby greed, but all said and done....YOU really do get used to it, they are not as big as you think they will be, and you will usually wish you were a little bigger!

PLUS OUR tall bodies just make our bewbies seem smaller! Im not petite so a D on me looks like a b or c! (in clothes) he he

i know i said the same thing i never thought i would get boobie greed i thought i would be too big never too small and now im hoping mine get bigger even though they are HUGE.. i cant believe my boobies are so big and im hoping they get bigger..lol boobie greed is a problem that needs to be solved..LOL go for it for sure! u will be surprised

I got 500 CCs, and mine are not huge at all. I think you should go for it! I started at a 36 A, and right now my PS says I'm either a 38 C or a 36 D. I think you'll be pleased with the results.

450 is definitely not too big for your height. You will look great.

A general rule of thumb regarding size: every 200 ccs will increase your bust by a cup size. 450 will not
bring you to a size D given an A pre-op; 600 may. My guess is that 450 will get you a nice C cup, possibly
mid-C.

PreOp: 36a PostOp: 36C? (who knows with the d&f)

Since we are tall we can carry that size

Get 450 at least or even higher!!!
Implants on tall people get lost...
I kind of regret not asking for a "D" size...Before surgery I was totally afraid of the "D" I thought that size was huuuge but in reality I think a D size on a tall person gives the full c look. So don't rely on the size..go for the look. I wish I would;ve known this before surgery but I'm still happy.

The doctor suggested me to go for the "D" that that size would look perfect on me and I said NOOO way so he said welll at least a full C with your frame and I agreed to that and they are not big at all (ssometimes I wish they were bigger) But I got what I asked for : a conservative size, natural look, something that would fill up my clothes.

I am near your size, 5'10 140lbs, my ps told me 500ccs would be good for me, but think i am going to go 450cc for a more natural look. Know it is hard to to decide, but i think 450cc would not look too big at all because we are tall.
What date is your BA??
