I am 5'7 about 139. I am a 34b/c, the only reason i am a c cup is b/c i have lots of loose skin form nursing. My doc thinks 500cc silicone unders are a good size for me to be full and not over the top. I do not mind big i just don't want to be huge or top heavy. My ribcage is 33". Any of you have my similar sizing? did yo feel you went to big? are you happy?

I was a small C prior to my surgery and got 450...I wanted my ps to make me as large as he could without making me look crazy...at first I had boobie greed and now I personally wish I would have gone a little smaller, but I have a tiny frame. I think my boobies are too overwhelming for me and I look top heavy. Don't get me wrong, my ps did a great job and they look fantastic, just big.... I'm self conscious is all. If I could get out of this rut I'm sure I would love every aspect of them..lol

. As long as your ps knows what you're looking for, I'm sure everything will be fine

I haven't had my ba yet, but I've been researching this very thing for quite a while now. Just really looking at different girls with about my same stats and comparing what they got to what I'm getting and what their results were. Anyway, I am 5'8", 143 lbs. I am currently a perky 34/36 A, with a 31" ribcage. My ba is this Thursday & as of right now I believe my ps is giving me 380 filled to about 420/425. I'll know for sure the day of my surgery. I'm getting saline, unders, mod profile. From what I've learned from really studying different girls' stats I really think this will put at the full C I wanna be. What size are you going for?? I would say 500 would definitely put you at a D/DD. But I will definitely be posting my progress/final results after my surgery. Don't know if this helps!! But I'm sure you will be getting a lot more answers to your question. When is your ba??

We have similar stats. My RC is 33, 5'7" 145lbs. I started with a 36B/34C and I had 400cc's. Now I am about a 34d/36C. I wish I went a little bigger. But they still haven't D&F completely yet so maybe they'll get better. I think 500 would be good. What size do you want to be?

my ba is on the 15th. yeah my ps says with my frame i could carry a 550cc but i saw i 530cc and thought that was too large. the 500cc seemd like it would give me the fullness i need, i am wide in the chest area. I am a medium size frame i would say. it's so hard to tell plus i think under the muscles makes a differece doesn't it?

It's hard to judge this, but I bet you are right in the range.

I'm 5'9", 32" ribcage and have 450. I started out an A cup, and am now a DD. On me, the DD isn't big. In fact, I told very few people, and other than my mom (who I didn't tell), no one has even batted an eye. (Mom asked me why my shoulders looked "slouchy" -- she couldn't pin it, but she knew something was different!) My dh bats an eye all the time!

more to look bigger...because it
gets lost with the length or width of our
bodies..the size is downplayed...

My PS has actual implant for me to try on when I was choosing a size. I'm 5'8" an am going with 425ccs starting out a 34 A. She would put two different sizes in the sports bra right over my own breasts. She starting with 350s and changed one at a time getting bigger. Finally, I had a 400 on one side and a 450 on the other. I knew I wanted a touch bigger than 400, but the 450 felt a little too big, so I settled on 425 even though I didn't have it to try on. She also told me that what I saw and felt at that time would pretty much be what I ended up with. Of course it would look and feel a little different in a regular bra vs a sports bra.

TRUST me! 500cc is NOT that big! I am your height but a little bit smaller frame with 550's and I wish I had gone bigger. Sure, they look great in a bra, but when I put clothes on I am surprised by how the difference is not so prominent. I thought 500 was HUGE when I tried on the bra+inserts but my PS said that getting them under the muscle will make them look 15% smaller. If you are looking for nice, full, bountiful breasts, don't be afraid of the number. It isn't as big as you think!! hth :]

I'm 5'8, 145 lbs. I have 550s overfilled to 700/720ccs, 31 inch ribcage. I'm about a 36DD. I don't think 500cc is too big. Tall girls can carry big boobs quite well because of the length of our body. Good luck

You can see my stats below, similar to yours. I got 510 ccs and I don't think it was too big. It's only been one day since my surgery so I know they'll change, but right now I'm happy with the size.

I'm about 5'8"-9", RC is 29", my weight is close to 145-150 lately and my PS wants me to go with a 450 HP saline! 450 sounds like a lot but she assures me that it will be proportional - yikes. Go big or go home I guess

Our stat our similar. I'm 5'7" 135 lbs. Pre-BA, I was a large 34B/very small 34C. I got 550cc silicone unders & now my bras are 36DD. They look perfect (to me). Not too huge, but definately noticable. I love them. Some days Iwish I went a bit bigger, but I don't want to look too fake and anything fitted or low cut, I look enormous LOL. Good luck!

I am 5'10" so a bit taller and I went with 450 HP, I think mine can be very conservative when I want them to be, and then they can look huge and out there too when I want them to be. I am happy to be a modest size because I didnt want to feel like my boobs overtook my whole appearance
