My surgery is scheduled for Friday 08/08/08. I still have not completely settled on size. I'm 5'7" tall, 118 lbs with a 30" ribcage, 34/36 A if that (lol). I initially thought about 400 cc, but now am considering bigger - decision on saline unders is already made. Any feedback would be extremely helpful. Thanks.

Hi there and congratulations on your upcoming ba. I think that you can handle more than 400. I'm shorter than you, about the same weight and I have 500cc silicone and can totally pull them off. They are not too big, they are just right (if I do say so myself) lol. I would go bigger. JMO. Good luck with your decision.

Thanks for your input. It seems from reading all this info alot of women seem to think they should of gone bigger than they initially thought.

With your height you could pull off alot more cc's if you don't mind the big boob look!!

I agree with the others. I got 397cc's also starting with an A cup, and I'm shorter and weight less than you and sometimes wish I could have gone bigger. Definitely get more than 400 - I'd say go with 500!

Thank you for your support - The longer I keep looking - the bigger I'm thinking - good thing my surgery is Friday or you never know what size I'd choose - lol.

We are kind of similar in size, though you are a little thinner

My PS told me to take what I wanted and add 50, just so you can say you didn't go too small....

I am the same height and 130lbs and got 375cc silicone unders on 7/14. So far I am a 34C, even though I am 3 weeks out and still have a bit of changing to do. I am very happy with the size, but I consider myself more of a conservative type person. I wanted to maintain a natural look, with a size that's in proportion to my body and I definitely got that. I'm sure I could have gotten 400 or 420cc's and still been just as happy though!

Just wanted to let you know that boobie greed doesn't attack everyone! Stick with your gut feeling and go for it!!! Congrats and good luck!

You are tall, so CC's will look different on you than shorter gals.. talk to your PS about what you are trying to achieve and see what he thinks will compliment your body type.. don't be scared of cup sizes.. as cup sizes look different on all gals.

You can pull off the cc's; we are about the same height and weight and I got 450 but if I could go back I would have gone smaller (started out a small c though). A lot of ppl tell me that even with my size my boobs compliment my frame, (I just think they're too overwhelming) so I think you will look great! GL!

I'm 5'9 and weigh 135. My ribcage is around a 29 or 30. I got 375 silicone moderate plus and am very happy with this. No booby greed at all. I am wearing about a c cup now and have not completely dropped. Starting at an A cup, these feel very big to me, but I did not want huge boobs to begin with. They seem very proportionate with my frame, even though I am tall. It seems that many women on this forum do want larger breasts and some also like the fake, round look. If this is what you are interested in then 375 is probably too small. But if you are looking for a natural but still full look 375 would be good. It is said that tall people can "handle" the bigger boobs but I still think it comes down to what you want to look like. For my taste any larger than what I ended up with would not look proportionate with the rest of me--but it's so subjective!

I liked the way I looked when trying on 325 cc (my PS told me that would give me a good size C) and I am 5'7", 120lbs. I want to keep my tone look and don't want a lot of "jiggle"...but, my BA is not until October...so it gives me too much time to think. I am now thinking of going to 375cc since an extra 50cc may just be enough, but not too much. (booby greed comes in all sizes, lol!)

The sizing issue can get a bit crazy...but I do believe you have to think of your body as a whole. Are you round and hippy, tone & thin, etc. Whatever your shape go with what will enhance it, but not change it.

Surgery was Friday and I took a couple pics in with me and left the rest of the decision up to my ps. Ended up with 500cc's on both sides. Needless to say I'm in quite a bit of pain right now - can't wait for that to subside a bit and get out of the house. More to come later - and thanks for all your input.
