Just had my BA yesterday. I'm feeling great and my ps told me that he put in 500cc both sides. He spent A LOT of time (3 hours maybe) cleaning up the goo from my ancient, leaking implants and I must say that the cleavage and the placement look execellent. I have feeling in both nipples already too.

I am so happy to finally be put back together and have these ruptured implants be a thing of the past.

You know I doubled my implant size 250 to 500 but I don't see a big difference in the projection. As I said the cleavage and placement are excellent so I am 100% happy, it's just funny that, with a shirt on I don't look any bigger. I wonder how this can be possible.

I'm wondering what size other gals in the 500 cc club ended up. Wherever I end up I am happy and grateful to my PS. He had a tough job with me and the new shape is SOOOO much better. I'm just curious as I was hoping to end up a solid D.

i got 500ccs and im still too early on to see what size i will be but im guessing in the DD range. i looovveee them already! congrats on going up!! ur gona look great

Congrats on the new boobs! I'm so glad you don't have any issues to deal with anymore! You still have alot of D&F so it's not a true sign of how they'll look..doubling the size will be noticeable just give it time. So glad you're doing great and happy with things so far! Yay for you!!!!

I am feeling much better today. I think I am looking more like a full C/small D although the projection is not there yet, the fullness definitely is.

Even though my tape measure says I am just a full C, I tried cupping my old 34C over my sports bra and it didn't even cover half of my breast. I mean I couldn't even cover the nipple, so obviously my breasts are much larger than before, it's just my mind and tape measure playing tricks on me. I also tried some sundresses on over my sports bra and could see the vavavavoom already!

So thanks again for encouraging me to be patient. I'm wondering are there any other 500cc friends out there?

What profile do you have??

I have 550cc high profile silicones, and I went from a 34B to a 34DD or 32E. Whenever I need new implants, over time, I plan to go up to around 800's.

Hi there...I'm in the 500cc club also. I am a 34DD in Victoria's Secret bras and I have a couple of 36E bras as well. You can't really measure them with a tape measure yet because all the volume is too high, you have to wait for them to drop down and for the fullness to be where it's supposed to be. You will definitely be a DD or more. Good Luck. BTW mine are amed Laverne & Shirley.

I have the mod+ profile. From what I can see so far, I'm very happy I picked this profile. I like the upper fullness and I don't think it looks unnatural at all.

Thanks bay4you. I'm glad you are happy with your size as well. I think (and hope) I'm going to end up a 34D, which is what I wanted, but with VS who knows, maybe larger!

When this generation of implants goes, I'll probably go a little bit bigger just to counteract any sagging, but I can't go too much bigger and stay credible at my size! At least this is my story now!

(Last time I doubled my size, so don't hold me to it!)

Liv2Shop -- you are giving me a lot of encouragement. We have very similar stats and you look awesome in your siggy. I hope I end up looking like that!

btw, my 500 twins are not named yet, but Laverne & Shirley is too funny... makes me remember watching Happy Days as a kid!

Regarding your question of projection, nope, in my case (same as you) I got awesome cleavage just one finger between (i used to have 4!!!)

BUT with mod+ I didnt have the projection I used to with my first HP's saline, you know what? Id rather have cleavage!
