HI! I am having my BA on thursday....7 days and counting! I went in for my consultation thinking "I would like a C cup." (I am a saggy A or small B...I have lost 85 lbs) My surgeon said that I have to at least go with 525 ccs to fill out my chest. I have broad muscular shoulders. I am looking at pictures of women with less ccs than me and they look huge....Do you think I will look freakishly big??? I am about 5'7, 160 lbs, athletic/muscular build. I do have a big frame. I just dont wanna look like Dolly parton or something! And by the way, where do you get a size F bra...do you have to order them?

If you have pictures and are similar to me could you share?

Also, if you had sagging how did your BA turn out?

Hi!

I know that anything 500cc and above sounds huge, but I just had 500s put in and they look too small. And I really didn't want to go too big. Already I wish I had gone with at least 550. I am currently a small C and had actually been hoping for a mid D. There is no way I'm going to get there. Honestly, I would go with what your PS is suggesting.

I am 5'2" and between 145 and 150lbs. Trying to lose 10 or 15 lbs. I as also a saggy A or small B so I think since you are a little taller you would be just fine with 525 or even 550. I got 500 and was afraid they might be too big but I love them. Not too big at all. I would have been disappointed with less. I had a lift, otherwise my nipples would have been too low. I didn't realize this. My PS recommended it.

Hello Jen,

I will be having my BA with TT and Fat grafting on 8/25/08. I know what you mean about not wanting to look like Dolly Parton, however, I too am a pretty big girl and have opted for 700 silicone unders. I tried on different sizers at the PS office and thought the 700's were big but that's what I want. A lot depends on how much breast tissue you have now. I am a 40 B currently and am hoping for a Double D. I also have lost 100 lbs but fortunately am not dealing with too much breast sag.... It's a very agonizing decision so my advice is to try on sizers and maybe take some pics of what you want to look like to the PS office. Good luck!!

You and I are the exact same size and I got 600ccs. I think mine are PERFECT and I would not have gone smaller OR bigger! You can see my photos I've posted. I think everything turned out perfect. Also, if you lose anymore weight, they will still be big! GL next week!

I was a small B to start with...

I don't think that you will be huge you are tall and it is amazing how your body eats up the size.

I'm 5'7 and was 160 at the time of my surgery AND had 525cc's. My ribcage is small, don't know how yours is though. Good luck!
