When I went for my consult, I tried on various sizes and PS and I agreed that 275ccs would get my very small A cup to a proportioned, natural look, however, when I tried on the 300ccs they seemed a bit large but the PS assistant kept saying, " They won't look as large when they are under the muscle. You should go for the 300." After she left the room, PS told me that he disagreed with her and said 275ccs would be more suited for my smaller frame (5'0" 107 lbs) and that anything larger may not appear natural looking for me. Anyway, we decided that on the day of surgery he will have both 275ccs and 300ccs and using sizers, it will be determined then which of the two sizes will fit me best.
My question is...is there *really* that much of a difference in physical appearance between 275ccs and 300ccs? Do you girls think so?

Really....will a matter of 25ccs make a difference in my overall appearance and size? I am confused.

I wouldn't think that 25cc would make a difference. A cc is such a small amount.

I don't think it will matter either just because that's what everyone is telling me, plus my PS said the same thing. We almost have the same stats, I'm 5"1, 110 Ibs. I am a big A small B and I want to be a big B small C. My PS said that 290 size with 330 cc filling would bring me up to a C+, I'm assuming that's a big C, and I'm fine with that. I told him that I want that natural look and that's what he suggested to me. So, I'm not sure why your PS will only go up to 275. What size would you like to be?

i couldnt decide between 250 and 275 for MONTHS before my surgery so i made another appointment with my PS and he told me it will make absoutely no differance so not to stress over it. he ordered 250, 275, and 300 for the surgery even though i asked for 275 max. that is what he ended up using as that is what looked best and i could not be happier. if you arent scared of looking a little bigger go with the 300 but if you are like me and like a smaller breast go with the 275. i started a 34A and am looking a C right now, but everyone is differanta and i am still fresh from surgery! hope that helps
