I have 740cc anatomical gummy bear implants. My current size and look is a massive improvement over what I had before my surgery - large A/small B cups with a very large band and I also had a 5 finger width between my breasts – I still find myself wondering if I wouldn’t be happier if I went bigger. I won’t be replacing my implants until I need to, but this information may come in handy someday. This is where my questions for you ladies who do have larger implants start.

Firstly, what are your stats (ribcage/height)?
Did you choose saline or silicone? I don’t even know if silicone comes in anything larger than a 1000cc implant (gummy bear implants can go that large).
What profile and shape are your implants?
How many surgeries did it take to get you to where you wanted to be?
If you could do it all again, would you?

I am 5foot 2 inches. I am not sure of my rib cage but my band size is a 36. I am 145 pounds. I have 800cc saline hp round over the musle. I started out as a full c cup and am now a dd. Not a big change in size but a big change in fullness and that is what I wanted more than size. I think everyone is diffrent. I have seen girls on here that started out alot smaller than I did and have half the cc's I have and are in a bigger cup size. I don't care about size as long as they look great and mine do. I hope you can get to a size you are wanting. Good luck.

And thank you for the compliment, that's my Bali bra - comfort wire or some such (can't remember the name). 40DDD with the band cut down a bit; the 40 was too big, but the 38DDD was too tight and kind of crushed my girls, and no 38Es were there. Like I said I am quite pleased with them as they are, but the boobie greed monster may want to take over if I ever need them redone 8D

FeelingBeautiful, I wonder why you only went up to a DD cup with 800cc's. That's a larger implant than what I have by a little bit and I was smaller than you were before my surgery (well, if I had been able to squeeze into a 36 band I would have been a D cup, but I was fitting into 38/40/42 bands depending on brand, so the cup was either an A or a B).

Wow - 900's? I didn't think they made them that big unless you went custom.... That extra cup size or two will be amazing! 8)

They go up to 1000cc if you get the gummy bears (as the above linked article says). I am still hoping some gals who have gone larger will chime in

Im curious myself. I want bigger myself and a lot of people think im crazy. But people don't understand that by bigger isn't neccessarily bigger is every aspect. I have 660cc now and want 800cc but only in fullness. I don't want wider. I think if my body could handle more I would want 850cc. Not 900cc but not too far off. Sorry to hijack but I don't think 900 is as big as what people think and im curious too! You look great btw!!

Well, you've read my story already so you already know my details, but since this is a thread about women who have large implants, I thought I'd post on here too

I'm 5'8", 145-152lbs, 36 or sometimes 38 band size. I got Inameds 800cc overfilled to 1000cc for my first surgery. My 2nd surgery we just enlarged the pockets and added more saline to the Inameds, all the way to 2020cc. I developed CC months after the 2nd surgery.....so now I'm wanting to downsize, get a full anchor lift and take care of this CC of course. I really love the busty, round, fake look so I would love it if I could get 1500cc custom made silicone gels....there's just so much to go through getting customs though. So if I'm unable to go that route, then I'll be getting the Natrelle 800cc gels. BUT the plan that I'm striving for as of now is the 1500cc route.

Oh and your last question....if you could do it all again, would you.....I definitely would. I've always loved extremely large implants, and even though I found out that 2020cc is a little too big for me, I'm still so happy that I was able to try this size out for myself. Even through all of the craziness in my daily life with these boobs, I'm still happy I was able to see how it feels with boobs this size. If I had never gone this big I would've always had regrets and thought about it.

You look really good in your photos. I agree that you look larger than 740. I have 700 HP's.I also like the full, round look and I'm happy with the way mine turned out in spite of a nasty battle with boobie greed in the beginning.

Thank you, Pink Butterfly. I think part of the reason they look bigger than they are is due to the width. I went with an implant style that is fuller on the lower part, with a slender slope, if that makes any sense. I really have to say my PS did a nice job and I am happy with them.

I appreciate you posting on this thread, even if you have one of your own, there aren’t a lot of women on the forum who have the larger implants – but there is plenty of curiosity

Venusbutterfly, I thought if I went as large as my PS would allow (which is where I am now) that the boobie greed monster would stay away, but it hasn’t. Evil monster, isn’t it?

I'm 5'8 125lbs and have had 900cc implants for a little over a year now. Really happy with them, but they took some time to get used to. Go for the look you want, and dont care about what others think!

I would love to peek too, hehe!!! I myself am pretty happy with my 700HP, the only implant that I would like to go up to are Eurosilicone(which aren't available in US), because I would love more projection without going much wider! All the HP's like Inamed 850 are just alot wider with only like .3cm more of projection, which isn't noticable. But hubby would kill me. Maybe in say 5 yrs when I get some stuff paid off. Sorry to get off the subject, just being supportive, cause I love the big boobies too!!!
