Hey girls, I need some opinions about size. Right now I'm a really small 32B, 28" rib cage, 5' 7" 120 lbs. I cant decide what size to go to, I was thinking a 32D, isnt that the same as a 36C. Would HP's or Mods be best for me since my ribcage is soo small? (I love the look of HP's) I dont wanna sound stupid but its soo confusing to me. My consultation is Sept. 3rd and I'm scheduled for surgery on Sept 8th. Any help would be great! Thanks Yall!

I would say, HP's! I've got a 29' ribcage and I got HP's and love them. I'd say go for something like 400 or 425ccs! That should get you to a D.

350-400 should get you to a D for sure and my PS put in HP's because my ribcage is small as well.. Good luck in deciding!

32 D is equal to 34 C which is equal to 36 B. I hope this clarifies things.

Ask your PS about the HPs. He or she will know best!

This is really something that will ultimately have to be decided with your ps. Its good to have ideas on what you want and like but it doesnt always work out exactly as planned! I say if you like the look of HPs then go for it. As for ccs, get an idea on what you want them to look like and maybe take in a few pics of boobs you like to your consultation. As cc amounts will look different on everyone. Good luck!!

As far as the implant profile...it's best that a PS help you choose profile because it depends alot on anatomy, what look you are looking to achieve, etc.. I have a tiny frame and ribcage(27") and my PS decided Mod Plus would work best for me. I was sure she would suggest HPs, but I was wrong.

If you are looking for a D, definitely try to stay in the 300cc-400cc range. Good Luck!
