Got my new girls installed yesterday and everything went smoothly. Dr Mischnick in St Louis is a wonderful PS, she is such a sweetheart. I would reccomend her to anyone in IL/MO area needing/wanting a PS. I just can't say enough good things about her.

I posted a message previous about thinking I was going to 750cc. I actually thought she was going that size since when I was in her office previously, she had a 450 sizer and another 300 on top of that. When I talked to her yesterday, in the end, I left it up to her discrection as to how much would look good. She also ended up lifting my nipples as well to help make them "perkier".

I had a C cup previous and she ended up putting in 550's and I absolutly love them. Really tight and hurting right now, but it was all worth it. They look great already, I can't imagine what they will look like once they are all healed up.

Anyways, I wanted to thank each and every one of you for posting on these forums. I only posted a couple times, but trust me I read and re-read many posts and it helped in ways I can't even describe. So thank you to all of the ladies out there who have helped me get through this, I really am grateful.

When I get a little better I will try and post some pics.

Still sore today but feeling maybe a little better. I added a pic to my profile (warning, not the best picture in the world).

I have some brusing and believe it ornot, my nipples doesn't hurt, it is more on top of the breast right now that is hurting.
