Choosing my own size - need advice - JustBreastImplants.com Forums - Breast Augmentation, Breast Implants, and Plastic Surgeons

I live in Guam, and so am going to the Phillipines to get my BA. There is only one Dr. here and he only does saline, I'm sure I want silicone.
I went to the Phillipines to consult with several DRs. I only wish I had seen this site before I went! Anyway, I've chosen the most professional Dr. I met with. However, he wants me to decide on the implants so he can order them. I can't consult again in person, but he has been good with answering my questions via email.
So basically its up to me what implants I want. I like the control, but also don't want to make a bad decision!!!

I'm a 34A or AA right now. Breast diameter is 12centimeters. 140lbs, 5'4, very athletic. I teach scuba and live in guam, so always in a swimsuit or tank top. I just want B+ size, no Cs or Ds.

I "think" I want Inamed Style 10 mod projection, 240cc, 11.7 diameter, 3.2cm projection, or the 270cc, 12.2 diameter, 3.3cm projection. I want under the muscle placement.

I am choosing this mostly on breast diameter - trying to stay close to my own 12cm. How important is this? Will they stick out on the sides if you go too much over your natural diameter?

Anyway, any advice is appreciated, or anyone who has similar stats with good results, or a similar experience? My BA is scheduled for 9/19.

Hi there. Welcome. I went with 300cc and started out as an A. I ended up being somewhere around a middle C. It's good on my frame and I'm pretty happy with them. You'll notice that our stats are pretty similar, so I would think that 270 would get you to a nice full B. I went with high profile because I wanted more projection since I was going with a more conservative cc amount. They look totally natural. Glad to see that there's another more concervative girl out there. Sometime I feel like I'm swimming in a sea of DDs around here. HaHa!

I'm so not good with diameters... and its hard to predict EXACTLY what you would end up being, as so many girls have different sizes with the same implant.. however, if you are sure you do NOT want to be a C or a D.. and want to stay in the B category, I would think the 240cc's might be good. Have you voiced your request to your PS? if not, I would tell him that you do not want to be a C or a D. so he can assist you in your decision, even though he is allowing you to choose the implant size... Most PS's have a great eye to determine what size you'll end up, as they see patients so often of different size. You could also post your question with the diameter info in the Ask a Plastic Surgeon forum and ask one of the wonderful PS's for their input.. They are really great to have help us with questions like that!!!
I bet you will look fabulous, no matter what size you choose!!! Good Luck!!

I would suggest you put this Q to one of the surgeons on the site, the figures you have will gove them lots of info.

I would advise but as you can see... I went large :-)
