So my surgery is now in the teens! 19 days away.... and I'm still not sure on what size to go. I'm 5'4", 112lbs, currently 34A/32B. All of the ladies in my PS's office say I should go with a D cup, between 350cc and 425cc. However, all my family and friends that I've talked to think that will be way too big on my small frame. After looking through pictures with my guy he suggests I get about a 325cc, and the rest of my friends/fam say between 275 and 350cc. I'm worried if I go too small I will regret it, but even more I'm worried that if I go around 375cc (which is what I was previously set on) I will have wished I went smaller. Do any of you that went around 350-425 wish you would have went smaller? I want boobs! but I still want to have a somewhat natural look. HELP! |

I contemplated 375cc's and I am 5'7", 115lbs. I would up with 325cc. I am super happy with them and realize now that the 50cc would not have made me look too big, nor did it take that much away by going with the smaller size. It isn't a big enough difference to stress over. A lot of people thought a D would be to big on me (which is what I ended up with), but now I get a lot of compliments on how proportioned I am. HTH! |

my stats are almost exactly like yours and I got Sils HP 350. I think they are great and natural. No one can even tell I got them done. I feel like I now have the right proportions I should have been born with. Now that I have them, I know that I would have been unhappy with anything smaller. I actually wouldn't mind getting 400's if I were ever to get them redone. And I'm not type who likes the fake look. I prefer natural and proportionate to my body. But one thing to think about is how your arms and waist look in proportions to you breasts. For my height, I have long slim legs, perky butt, very short torso and bigger upper arms. When I looked in the mirror, I mainly saw my arms, little boobs, and not a very defined waist (bc my torso is short and minimal boobs). Now that I got the 350s, the focus whenI look in the mirror is drawn more toward my chest area instead of my arms. My waist looks much skinnier and the rest of my body is just more proportional. My point is that if your upper frame is regular to athletic, then you can definitely pull of at least a 350. But if you are one of those girls with really tiny skinny shoulders, arms, and tiny frame on top, then I would go with slightly less than 350. Hope this helps. look at some of my pics for reference if you would like. Quote:

By the way I am exactly a 34 C right now. I could wear a 32 C too but since my boobs are still kind of high, there's not enough cup give me the full coverage I want. But I think once they fully drop and fluff, I can wear either.

Hey, 5'4 height here, thinking about the same thing. If you want a more natural look then my personal suggestion is no more than 350. But it really depends on your body frame. holly49k mentioned about being athletic, and I found that really helpful. I'm not athletic but I think if I started doing more sports then I could think about 325. Right now being rather skinny the number going through my head is truly 275, just like you.

I got 350 hp. Though they are technically not that large, a 32D/34C very full, I am replacing my implants with smaller when I have a revision for cc. I will be going down to 275 mod plus. Hopefully this will bring me to more of a small 32D/34C or maybe even a full 32C/34B. Like one post responded, the focus currently is more on boobs than other parts of my body when I wear fitted clothing that I prefer to wear. I do not want the focus to be on my boobs. I want my body to be the focus as a whole. It is all about what you, the individual, wants. We all have such different perspectives of what is the idea body/boob.

I got 400cc's and I'm a full C / small D. I actually wish I'd gone a bit larger having seen some of the other ladies on the site now. So my advice would be 400. You won't be too big - you can still have the natural look or play them up if you want va va voom.

Megan - it is such a hard choice, isn't it?? Looking natural to one person means many different things to another, or so I have found. My first breast augmentation was 360s and that is not big by any stretch. Post recovery, this option produced a full 34C/small D -- but a few months after -- about 6 or so, they did fill out further. With some modest weight gain 1.5 years into having the implants, I grew to pushing out of a 34DD into 34DDD. Now, my story is a bit unique in terms of gaining a little weight and growing bigger -- HOWEVER, I recently had another surgery 3.5 years after my first and swapped out the 360s for 250s. WOW! What a difference. When I say what a difference, I don't mean that I look flatchested or tiny, but the look is so much more to my liking. I also had a lift at this time. So, my advice is to talk candidly with your doctor about the condition of your breasts in terms of ptosis/sagging. Once that is established THEN think about how many CCs you are interested in. Sometimes we don't realize that size is NOT really what we are after, rather the proper perkiness/shape. BTW, my stats first breast augmentation were 5'7, 140-145lbs with 15% bodyfat, 44.5 years old. Second surgery, I am 48 years old, 145lbs with 23% (less muscle now). I still think 300-325ccs is a nice size and enough of a change to the body in most people. You activity level/athletic style also should be accounted for as well as your ability to maintain your current shape/fitness level. Take your time! You still have almost 3 weeks to go~! | |

Most ppl on here don't seem to think about body weight too much. I'm thinner than you, but only went 300 cc's and told the surgeon I wanted smaller. He agreed but when I woke up I was upset knowing he didn't listen (he probably thought I'd get boobie greed). It's been over a month for me and they have dropped...dropped....if they drop any more, I'm going to need a lift (if that will fix it). Seriously, they hang low and that wasn't my original anatomy, and not how I looked after surgery. They're not down to my knees so that's always a good thing. I think this all depends on why you are doing this. Is it an overall "I want to look good thing?" Do you want care if they are huge, or do you just want at least medium breasts that look natural, even nude? Or is your goal to be able to look like a Victoria's Secret model in a DD bra, and turn heads in any top you happen to put on? I'm being completely serious, and this is very personal stuff. My mom, for instance, wants to go bigger than me and doesn't give a flying flip about what she looks like naked. She told me she really could care less. That isn't her goal. Just use advice to *help* you figure things out but don't let anyone, even the surgeon, tell you what choice to make (unless you would like to go bigger than he wants, because there could be a good reason for that.) Don't, for instance, let a surgeon scare you away from silicone or tell you that there isn't a difference between them once they are under the skin. Etc. Hope everything turns out very well for you! Keep us posted on what happens! |

I had 295 unders, ultra high profile, and went from 34AA to 34C or 34D, depending on brand. I could have gone for the 310cc, some days I wish I had, but I was cautious. I remember I was originally scared of the 260cc, thinking it looked huge! I'm happy with what I've got: They look natural, and I can hide them in clothes ( I didn't want anyone to know I'd had a breast augmentation). 5'3", 122 lbs 34-26-36 (British pear-shaped!) |

Definitely wish I had gone just a bit smaller even than I did with my redo. I am one of the "minorities" in the breast augmentation community and even though 300 cc boobies are not that big, they are bigger than I truly want to have. I really and truly would have LOVED being a 34b/32c cup. I am a 32D/34C. HOpefully when all is said and done I will be more of a small c. I do not really know for sure yet what I will end up. Small 34c would be great. BUT, Full 32C would be even better.
