![]() | Is it true when you have low baody fat and zero boobs CC's go along way?
Hi, I am petite 5'3 102lbs 30rc 24' waist 32' hips with low body fat and no breast tissue at all. I want to know what I can expect after I get my breast augmentation. I am thinking of 339cc mod + cohesive gels. I want to have cleavage and some side boob with nice projection but not too much. I like the fake look so I am not trying to be natural but I don;t want to be too big a full 34 c is what I am after maybe a 32 D at most. I like to work out so does anyone know if you should avoid chest exercises pre breast augmentation. I am having mine done in May. K thanks girls appreciate all of the fabulous feedback. ![]() Thanks, M |

You and I have similar stats and I work out too. I was told to lay off of chest for 2 weeks before surgery. Are you getting overs or unders?

You are roughly my size. I am 5'2" down to 102 lbs now, 28" ribcage, 23" waist and 30" inch hips. I had some breast tissue from pregnancy and nursing, but I was a small A cup prior to my breast augmentation. I got 400 HP unders and they look about like a large c small d in clothes. I wear a larger cup size in bras but they don't look as big as they sound. I think anywhere from 325-400 would be good on you. But, since you have little tissue, it will be what your PS can fit and still close the incision. I meant to say too, that I take karate and was not told to stop prior to my surgery. My classes involve alot of chest muscle exercises. I had to lay off after surgery but not before. |

My Dr. said it was okay to do all exercises, including chest up to the day of surgery. *shrug*

Hi, I am 5'6 and about 107lbs with very little body fat.... not sure of my rc size. Anyway I got 330 cc anatomical silicone gel implants back in August. I started with nothing and ended up a 34C. They are mod + so have some side boob and some projection. I work out 5 days a week and I have no problem with my boobs. I am happy with them but sometimes I woudl like more projection and upper pole, which I guess you would get with round ones. I eased up on the chest exercises about 4 weeks prior and then think I went really easy and stopped 1-2 weeks out due to my low body fat. I hope this helps |

We are similar in size. I'm not sure of your ribcage size since you wear a 34 band...I wear a 30....the smaller the ribcage the bigger you'll appear with less cc's...but a 34 band isn't large so I think you will still get a decent size with 339cc's....I had a lot of my own tissue and space so I got a bigger look with 350cc... I had pretty tight chest muscles to begin with before my breast augmentation and I didn't do any chest workout before it just in case....my muscles were pretty tight when holding onto my implants. they d&f'd alot at week 5 due to my muscles clinging so tightly....It's been a year and I just did some pushups last week and the next morning I felt so bruised and very tender on my boobs wondering why,....then I remembered about the pushups so I'm not going to be doing anymore pushups....hehe

I'm 5'7 and just under 120 lbs. Very little body fat but some breast tissue. I am thinking of getting 350-375 cc's. I'm considering saline but concerned about the possible rippling...any thoughts let me know! And good luck to you in picking the right size...let us know how it turns out! |

![]() | we are close in size
and i was told i could do light chest exercises after about a month to 6 weeks. now i do almost what i was doing before my breast augmentation. everyone is different, even women with similar body size and measurements, so my guess would be a medium to full C with what you have now, but it's only a guess.

are you never allowed to do push ups again? I'm very active and getting my breast augmentation next month...and a little nervous about the restrictions of working out.
