not happy with size

hi everyone,

I recently had my 2nd breast augmentation and am not satisfied with the size. I look the same as the first time. The first time I had 420 saline overs and now I have 650 cc partial under silicone HP's with a lollipop lift. Does saline look bigger than silicone?

My Ps thinks they look great and doesn't know why I want bigger. He said he went as big as he could go without killing my nipple. He actually said he went 100cc over for a person my size with a lift. Anyway, He is reluctant to go bigger but said he will after 3 mo. which is 2 mo away. I also havent really dropped or fluffed but i don't know how much you do with a lift. I really want to go bigger because Im a D and was hoping for a full DD. If you were me would you redo? If so saline or silicone...I like the fake look.
Im 5'4 and 120lbs.

definately wait hun, you have alot of healing to do. They will change just give em a chance.

I know I have healing to do but he said it would be safe to do it at 3 mo out i just dont want to be the same size i was before.

I was told to go up 100ccs if i get sil's over saline and iv read that too.It seems about right too.Like a example is silicone hp's are more like saline mod+ if u look at the metor specs but tha jmio

I'm switching from 400cc saline to 650cc silicone because i want bigger.....now I am scared!

I think its all up to you but i think that the salines tend to look faker cause they are firmer and if you get hp's they have more upperpole fullness to give the faker look at least they do when talking about the 600 + range.

What r u stats? What size were u before ur breast augmentation ? I was a full c and i like the fake look to im switching to hp's im sticking with saline cause my ps only uses mentor and there silis are to wide in the hp's also i have enough breast tissue to cover the implant.I donno if u will drop more or get bigger if your 3 months out with a lift cause 3 months was around the time my ps and me decided on doing a redo he said to wait 3 more month for healing time but said i wouldn't see much change he was right i actually got smaller but all of us are different.I was supposed to get my redo on sept 3 but thanks to some mix up i had to wait but it was a good thing because i was gonna go with silicone and after telling my surgeon i didn't care how the felt he was like on the go with saline.

Why did u pick silicone for your redo ? What type of lift did you have ?

I had a lollipop lift because of the first breast augmentation which stretched out my skin from being overs. IM went with silicone because I had rippling with saline and my ps really wanted me to chose silicone so I wouldn't ripple with that big of an implant. I guess I don't have much breast tissue. Before my 1st breast augmentation I suppose I was an A or B It was so long ago...After my 1st breast augmentation I was a D/DD bra but my ps said I was a c. Now, With the lift more tissue has been taken out so I imagine that has something to do with looking smaller.
My stats are 5'4 120 llbs ribcage is almost 29.
I told my ps I wanted to go up to 800 cc in 2 mo. and he so doesn't want to do that but he will. I figure I paid so much for them I might as well pay alittle more and get what I want. I don't know what I want though.

I would say give it 6 months. Let them settle in. And if he doesn't want to, I am sure he has reasons. Talk those over with him. It's him that's making the money, so I dont see him talkign you out of it just because he doesn't like big boobs, but because he may know that your body can't take it.

He is a really honest guy and he basically said he never understood why people always want to go bigger. He said I have skinny arms and a little bitty stomach and would look ridiculus going that size...so it had nothing to do with safety. But thats his opinion and i disagree...and i can tell 6 mo from now they are not going to be the size i was hoping for.

oh well if u changed to sils for rippling i would stick with them. My ps is the same he doesn't want to do it but he will.Hes just modest.What profile do you have? Your rib cage is small and inamed style 45 hp has a lot of projection they could easily give u the fake look.

IMO, and I've seen a LOT of breast augmentation's over the past 5 years, saline...especially when filled towards the max allowed by the warranty, DOES look more inflated, firm, round, ..."Fake" if you will. Silicone is more a choice for women going for the "natural" feel/look. Now if a woman has/had little to no natural tissue, and gets silicone they can still look round and fake because there's nothing much covering the shape of the round implant, but..in general...saline with a good high fill will give you a more "fake" look.

I had a good amount of natural/deflated from nursing tissue. All 5 of the surgeons I consulted with recommended saline for me, filled towards the max, for that reason. I had plenty of "natural", lol..I needed some firmness/roundess to compensate.

Hope that drivel made sense LOL.

Thanks girls for responding so much...I do look fake now just don't like the size..I have hp's. I do however wished they almost touched in the middle i guess thats called a kiss from what i have read. But I do like how high they are. My problem is i lost tissue from the lift and going from saline overs to silicone overs I look the same size just with a pushup bra on. My goal was to be a dd or higher. I look even smaller than before now then before in clothes and that is irritating the crap out of me.
So i want to know what i want next time i go in to see him. I think he will refuse to do the saline though due to little breast tissue and putting 800 cc on my small frame with the lift i just had. He is going to think im nuts.
