Can't take it! Freaking over size!!!

I would greatly value some opinions here! I am 4 days to my surgery and am second guessing the size I chose for the thousanth time! I am an A+/B-, 5'3 116 lbs. My hemathorax (sp?) is 12 WTF? Why is my PS the only one that speaks in hemathorx language?

Anywho, I just got the measuring tape out and measured my ribcage. I did it right under my boobs and I guess I am a 27 1/2or 28. PS has this booklet that takes measurements and tells us the range of ideal sizes. He prefers if you choose an implant within 1 cent diameter of your hemathorax measurement but will go bigger with approval. The implant I have chosen is a 304cc sil, round, smooth, midrange profile, under. The diameter is 11.9.

I don't want huge boobs. Don't want to be top heavy or have side boobs. I really liked the 287 when I was playing with sizers but decided to go with the 304cc cause I was told this one would leave me somewhere in between the two and I would have more upper pole? fullness with that one. I want to be a full C, no more than a real baby D. I do not want to be a B. I want full, sexy and perky. I like Adriana Lima's look in the push ups.

One minute I am thinking I have gone to big and the next too small. How can you choose??? How can one girl get 240's and end up a DD and another get 300's and end up a B+? This is driving me crazy! I mean everyone wants it right, right? You go through this and you want it right.

Now I am thinking the 339 but when I was asked if I would rather end up too big or too small I said too small and I meant it. All I really want is a little T to go with the A. A better proportion. Help! I would greatly appreciate your opinions!!! Thanks!

OK, here's my take. It seems like 90% of the girls get "boob greed" once it's all said and done and wish they had gone a little bigger. You seem to be one inch smaller than in in the rib cage (I measure 29) and are 10lbs lighter than me, and one inch shorter. I was a 34B/C before breast augmentation. I had 550 saline UNDERS and I am right now riding a 34D/DD line...needing that little umph for the DD, and I am hoping I end up in the E or F range when I d&F.

IMO- You want to go a little bigger than what you want initially especially if you are doing unders. Unders will typically be 15% smaller than what the sizers showed you (again, I wish I had known that prior and gone 650!) because they are sitting UNDER everything. I dont know how girls can get 300's and end up DD's when I am sitting at a D with 550s either...but I do know alot has to do with projuction. You are getting mod+ which wont make you stick out as far as HP which is good for what you are looking for and slicon shows smaller than saline as far as I know.

What am I saying??? LOL...do the 339...not that big of a difference between the 304, but if you like the 304 sizers, do the 339 implants.

I am almost exactly the same size as you. I am looking for a full C/baby D and I am getting 425cc silicone unders. I would definately go with the larger implant, so you will not be disappointed. I dont think 339 will look to big on your body at all, it will get you to the size you want to be. I think 304cc's will be smaller than what yu are looking for, especially going unders.hth

I am looking at similiar sizes. Do you know what the measurments are between the 304 and 339 mod + profiles I can't find them. My rc is 30 bwd is 12cm I am 5'3 102lbs no breats tissue 32 hips. I would like to end up with side boob and cleavage but don't want to look ridiculous. It is a tough choice. My breast augmentation is in May.

I always recommend finding pictures of boobs you would like to have on your body and take those pics to your PS. I was completely surprised to get 550 and 600 in mine after showing him a picture of what I liked the looks of. As a professional PS he will need to make the final determination of what size will get the look you want. I personally think everyone gets too wrapped up in cc's when everyones bodies are different and a good PS will make the final call to get you where you want to be. For instance even if I wanted more than 600 thats the max he said he could fit under my muscle., which was perfect by the way fortunately..

These are Natrelle Style 15 Midrange Profile (I think that is Mod+)

286 - Diameter 11.7 Projection 3.8
304 - Diameter 11.9 Projection 4.0
339 - Diameter 12.4 Projection 4.0

The difference I see in the 304 and 339 is width...meaning your cleavage would be closer with the 339. The difference between the 286 and 304 would basically be fullness like you have on a pushup bra in the 304 and not with the
286.


Look up cinderellas profile...if I'm not mistaken she has the 304 I believe. She also changed from a HP and now has some EXCELLANT results from it. Good luck...I know its a tough decision. I say do the 304 if you are that unsettled about it...that ways you are in the middle of your choices. Its HONESTLY not that much of a difference.

If you want to look at my pictures it might help you decide, I have very similar stats as you and went with 300 in one side and 325 in the other (unders)

I would say with your height and weight the same as mine, and the fact that you are a A+, B- you will for sure be a full C with 304. If you are wanting a D for sure, then go with the 339's. I got a full c, baby D with 300's and started with barely A cups.


And by the way...I love Adriana Lima's look too, she was my inspiration through all of this and I used her as my avatar until I got my own to show!

It looks like the two sizes your looking at will be the same inhow far out your boobs go, your cup sizes will be the same probably. the difference will be how close together or side boob you will end up with. theoretically the bigger one will give you closer cleavage or more side boob.

I agree with gmedic. You're going to get more side boob and cleavage from the 339 than the 304. But, considering you are not flat now (B-), there's no way you'll end up with only a B cup or small C. I think you'd be a full C or baby D with either one.

I have 29" ribcage, weigh 10 lbs more than you, and am the same height. My PS and I were looking at 371 cc and 390 cc silicone sizers, but I decided to go with salines. He ended up putting in saline 360 cc overfilled to 420 cc. I was 34 nearly A before. Now, I'm 34 C or D, not sure which as they're still changing... I love the size because I feel I can downplay them or ramp them up by choosing different bra styles!

totally understand... I went with 325CC's because i want to look more 'natural' however, i probably am going to end up a full C if not small D because i started with a B34.. it's sooo stressful i seriously thank the girls on here.. because i was originally going to go with 350 would have made me a D or bigger!

thank god the girls here told me that... then i went back to my PS and told him my concern!!!


go with your gUT. the girls on here told me this:

"if you woke up, and you were bigger, could you live with that? or if you woke up, and you were smaller than you thought... could you live with that easier"

you have to choose like that.. I opt'd for the smaller... thinking that i'd rather start off SMALLER then go bigger if i choose..... but to start off with a D .... i'd be right back going smaller!

but that's me-- you have to decide!

Well this morning I was determined to call the office and switch to 339 but my daughter made me see the light of the contagious boobie greed I seem to have caught.

Since I would rather end up too small then too big, and I don't want side boobs, I am sticking with the 304 and hoping for a full C out of it.

She said the 304's were huge on me and if I was worried that i wouldn't be able to tell I'd had anything done then I for sure was not in my right mind LOL! She thinks I will for sure get a full C or baby D out of them. I hope she is right! I will let you girls know how it turns out.

Check out cinderellas' profile, she has one of each of the smaller sizes you are looking at. She went changed from a HP implant and she knows ALOT about those implants.

I think that you should go for the bigger size! Many women have boobie greed and have to go bigger through a second breast augmentation. Try doing some rice testers and wear them to work. See if you feel comfortable with that size.
