Anyone with a body built similar to mine with 400cc implants?

I am 5'6'' and weigh 145 lbs. I am big boned where i have big hips and thick legs but a smaller upper body. I am currently a 34/36 C and I am getting 400cc implants under the muscle. Saline rounds. I have a flared rib cage, which means that my ribs poke out under my boobs, so my ribcage measurement is 32 inches, but that doesnt really accurately depict my athletic build. Anyways, I was wondering if there were any girls out there who are around the same size as me both body wise and breast wise pre op and went close to 400 ccs and if you could tell me how they turned out. I got sized but its so hard to get an idea of how they are really going to turn out with an implant in a bra versus how the are going to actually look under my breast tissue.

Can't help you but I'm wondering the same thing. I'm taller and a bit smaller, but I'm bigger down stairs and my ribcage is pointing out as you - quite the same and I want 350cc ++.
