There is all kinds of information on the main site about placement, incisions, and sizes. Also, some PS's prefer certain placements (overs or unders) and incision sites, so you might want to discuss that kind of stuff more with your PS. As for size though, I think your best bet would be to find pics of girls that have the look you want and have pre-BA boobs that are similar to yours and bring them to your consult to show to your PS. That way he/she will have a better idea of what "look" you are going for, rather than cup size or cc amount. Everybody carries implant types and cc amounts differently, so what works on one girl might not get you the look you're after. Hope that helps.

There is a list somewhere on the main site here that has questions to ask. During the consult, my PS answered most of my questions beforehand, but it helps to have them written down in case the doctor doesn't cover it and you forget. During the consult, I think the most important thing to decide is do you click with the surgeon, do you feel comfortable telling them what you want and letting them operate on you, and examining their portfolio/credentials. I think the last thing you should worry about is price.

As you can see from my stats, I'm about your size...couple of inches taller. I am currently measuring and wearing a 32D, although I feel like I look more like a C cup instead. Hope that helps a little!

We have similar stats..How big do you want to go? I got under because I had very little tissue to begin with. See what your doctor suggests. I also had crease incisions..You can not see them unless you look under my breast. They aren't very big and I recovered quickly. Good luck.

I have the exact same stats as you, I got 460cc silicone overs and went from a 32b/34a to a 32f/34e. They don't look as big as that though lol.

Drs Consults

I went to 3 different consults, each time I was thinking oh this Dr is the one, but as I read and as I researched more I decided one which Dr to go to and they Each have different preferences. Definitly ask where they want to place under and over or partial ( I went partial) and why, ask what incision they recommend and why, and ask if they overfill the implants, that will make a difference. Good luck

I am close to your stats. I am actually measuring a 27.5 rib cage and weigh 120 lbs currently. I got 375cc silicone moderate plus unders. I could have gotten the 400cc too but that was the most I could go per PS unless I did high profile. I am thinking the 375cc's go with my frame. I am wearing 32D's right now...I am thrilled! Oh and my footprint was 13.0 cm that matters when deciding which implant in terms of diameter...Good luck!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I am 5'6 and weigh 126, before my first ba I was a 34 B on a good day! I had the 370 cc saline implants undermuscle, crease incision. That put me at a nice 36C. I have since had a redo to sils.
