How much bigger??

Ok girls,
So I had my breast augmentation on 3/26/09. I absolutely love my new boobies. Love how round and full they look. However, I got adjustable saline implants...not sure if any of you are even familiar with that. The reason I got those was because due to scoliosis (curvature of the spine) I was assymetrical. My left boobie was much fuller than my righty and also my righty didn't have as much breast tissue as lefty. Make sense? So that's why my PS told me that he suggested the adjustables...to make sure we get them as symmetrical as possible. He did a pretty damn good job. He did GREAT actually..very pleased

But now I get to go back on 4/29 for this final adjustment. It's not considered a 2nd surgery at all, he just numbs me and makes some small incision on part of the "already" incision, not even the whole thing and can fill more or remove more saline. I just had a follow up with him today and told him how I love my boobies but if there was any chance he could make me just a bit bigger? Right now I'm measuring at a 32C...but can fit into either 34B or 34C bras (wireless for now of course). He told me he could make me bigger and I told him that I just wanted to be a bit bigger, but don't want to look like a freak you know. Please take a look at my current pics and tell me what you ladies suggest, as far as how much bigger I should go without looking like a "freak". Any suggestions????

Well, what size bag did he put in? How many cc's were put in? You are still swollen now, it takes a few weeks for swelling to go down. For me, I went down 2 cup sizes, now currently DD/E and they aren't big at all. Implant sizing is much different than natural boobs, as natural boobs are bigger. I say fill up the bag. Most of us wish we went bigger, and sometimes you can't get to the size you want until the 2nd or 3rd breast augmentation. Skin needs to stretch in order to fill up the bags or boob! You look kinda on the small size, but it all depends on what size you like for your self.
