Overs larger than unders???

I've read several times that overs end up looking larger than unders. Well, while discussing implant size with my PS, I made the comment that overs en up larger than unders, and he gave me a strange look and told me that implants are filled with silicone or saline solution, which are liquids, and liquids don't get compressed. He said that unders do look different than overs, but the overall increase in volume is exactly the same.

If you have 2 sets of identically sized implants, when placed under the muscle you will lose up to 15% volume, so i suppose they will appear slightly smaller

LOL - My PS looked at me the same way when I brought that same statement to his attention. And, his response was the same as what your PS said.

I think after the muscle relaxes w/unders and the implant D&F's, they probably end up around the same size. So, that 15% probably isn't too far off, if any.... But, you definitily do not lose more than that.
