Hi I am new and have been reading and reading for days. My surgery date is 4-4. I have told my ps I want to be a full c, I am a 36b I did the rice test and liked the additional 450 ccs. What size would that be I don't want to look to fake.

Hello, and welcome to the forum. You will find alot of good information here and lots of support from these darling women.

I'm HORRIBLE at guessing what size girls will come out with, horrible. However, I would say to you that if you liked the look of the 450 cc's, don't worry too much about the size...different sizes look different on everyone. I have "DD's", and in my shirt today, I don't look any bigger than a "c". I freaked at first when the dr. said I should end up with about a "d"...it sounded so big. But really, they fit my frame perfectly.

Go with the size you like on yourself...show your p.s. pictures of girls with the same kind of frame, with breasts that seem like what you are looking for.

Don't let the "letter" scare you or freak you out....

I think if you're already a B and getting 450, you will probably not be wearing a C cup bra, more likely at least a D. But that's just my guess

I would think that 450 would put you at at least a D maybe more, But I really can't say. Sorry! But there are lots of girls here that are really good with sizes, so I'm sure you'll get someone who can help a little better!!! ~Sunny
