![]() | Whoa! 600cc is freaking me out! My surgery is scheduled for next Tuesday - June 2nd! I'm losing sleep over this decision and have gone to my surgeon's office 3 times to make sure I've chosen the right size... and I STILL don't know. My first breast augmentation was seven years ago: Saline 330cc, which brought my AA cup to a full B/ small C cup. My right implant is empty from a slow leak! So now it's time for a redo. Going for Silicone HP 600cc overs. I'm terrified this is too large for me. I'm 5'6" 120lbs. Ribcage 27". I'm 33 years old and a director of a small company. I want the ability to hide my boobs in professional clothes if needed. I also play a lot of tennis and I don't want them to get in the way! I've been so used to the sporty look and I'm just afraid of being too large. I don't want my boobs to be the first thing people see. That said, I do want to go larger than my original set. My hips are a little wider than they were 7 years ago... so I know I can sport a bigger size. But how big is too big? Doc says I would be a full D with 600cc. He's adamant and only recommends this size for me. I feel pressured. My husband isn't helping... of course he wants huge monster boobs. What do you all think?? Is 600cc too much? Please help me... I desperately need advice. I need sleep. And I want to get over this anxiety and decision making so I can be excited about my new set!!! ONLY 5 DAYS LEFT!!! |

CONGRATULATIONS! You would look great with 600cc! I am 5'3" and I got 533cc moderate silicone unders, and I measure at a 34D-DD, but they don't even look that big. Since you are taller than I am, I think you would still look natural with 600 ccs. Also remember that you can dress them down if needed!

Hi! I have 600HP's and I don't think they look that huge. I'm 5'9 128lbs with a 29" rib cage and I'm a 34DD/E in most bras. I can play them down with certain things that I wear. You will notice a big difference though from your 330's. I say go for it because you will regret it if you don't go big enough. You are going to look fantastic!!

I agree, 600 will not be too big for you. You will definitely look fuller and more womanly I don't think that a D is big enough to really interfere with physical activity ... maybe a more extreme size, but D's are pretty common and I see women at my gym all the time who work out with no problem and are around that size.

i really say go with the 600ccs. the sizers look smaller than the actual implant. im sure youve heard it here before, go bigger. its so true. i went with 500ccs and thought that they would be huge. i only ended up with a c cup and am very sad. a d cup isnt the d cup you think of. implants are much smaller than natural breast. GO FOR IT!! you will be so thankful you did. you will look great. no need to be stressed, you will love them.

![]() | Thanks gals! Another Q: considering my height/ weight... will I have trouble finding clothes to fit my new boobs at 600cc? Remember Doc says I can expect to be a D. (Still unsure about that). I currently wear a size 4/6 or small. I usually wear little petite outfits. I'm afraid that I'll have to buy larger clothes and look frumpy??? OR I'm afraid that I'll be busting out of my current size. (sigh). I don't know where my worries will end... |

IMO the 600's are gonna make you that 'D' you want.....I haven't slept since joining the forum and researched sooo many of you(hope that doesn't sound weird) but with the research I/we have done...I too am leaning towards 600's.....?! I am naturally an 'A' and figure that 236-250 cc's is a 'cup' size(guessing),so with that 600's would be around 2.5 cup sizes which would make a 'Full A' a 'D' if our logic is correct. Above you said 330 cc's took an 'AA' cup to a 'Full B'/small 'C'....so the calculations we have done above should be close BUT please understand that this is a rough guestimate. Good-luck in your choice and I am SURE that whatever size you do pick.... YOU WILL LOOK FABULOUS! Destiny

![]() | you'll be more then a D I think with 600cc more closer to a DD or E...it is not a small implant at all... I have 600cc and am currently about a 32F starting with a flat breastfed A boobs Put it this way..I have big hands and my boobs are covered with two of my hands and then there is a little more boob left to cover... I will say go with your gut instinct...you shouldn't feel pressured by your ps that is not a good thing...think carefully the *look* you are wanting and please note that a lot on here like big boobs so it is hard to decide with that... I would do a rice sizer test or even water sizer with the extra to make up 600cc [you have 330cc so 370cc on top of existing boobs] and put that in a bra and that would give you a *rough* idea of what you will look like... |

I started with 475cc and I went up to 600cc. It is only 2 days post op but I could have def went bigger! I think you will look fine with 600cc. It sounds like a large number but in reality it depends on your ribcage etc... When in doubt go bigger!

I started out a very small deflated AA on one side, smaller than AA on the other. I am a full D with 296 on one side and 400 on the other. 600 isn't huge, but I bet it will get you bigger than a D!

![]() | Thanks girls! I've gone back and forth -- and it's all too exhausting to think about anymore. The more I read and research, the more freaked out I get. I'm just going to go for it. I've expressed to my doc what size I'm looking for (D only) and if he seems to think 600cc will get me there, I'm just going to take a leap of faith and trust him! I just can't stress about it anymore. So please wish me luck and I'll check back after Tuesday and let you all know! ![]() Thanks again!~ Much Love |

I have to agree with Biggies on this... I think you will be more than a D but it's not impossible that you wind up around that size. I am 5'3, 119 lbs. w/a 30" ribcage and I squeezed myself into D or DD bras. I was probably larger. I think you need to forget about cup size though, and concentrate more on your concerns. I also played tennis and my 650's were always in the way... I could never get a full swing on my backhand. Clothes were a nightmare... it was impossible to hide them and forget about dresses unless they are lycra/spandex. Your top just won't fit what your bottom is. I just wanted to give you another perspective. I had mine for 10 years and recently switched to 450's. It was not easy to change. I had to have a lift because the skin stretched out and a pocket revision. These are things to think about in case you decide you are not happy. Going up in size is a lot easier than going down in size. I wish this was explained to me 10 years ago. I may or may not have listened but at least I would have had all the facts. GL with your decision |

![]() | Thanks - I appreciate your honest opinions. I don't want "hey look at me" boobs. I don't want to be oggled by men in the grocery store. I'm married and sort of a low-key, jeans-wearing, beer-drinking, easy-breezy kind of gal. I just want a nice shape. I posted a few pictures so you can get an idea of where I'm at now (hard to see in clothes, but it's all I've got for now). Remember that they are and will be over the muscle - so I believe that will make them appear larger than unders. I may be leaning more toward 550cc if that will take the "whoa!" out of the equation. I definitely play a lot of tennis (made it to the semi-finals last season)! I have a one-handed back-hand and it requires flexibility to move over and across your chest to get the full swing. My other major concern is clothes... I want them to fit without looking frumpy or spilling over. So beginning with natural breast tissue of 94AA - over the muscle - do you think 550cc would be a safer bet? I'd like to go to full C/ small D. |

The general consensus with this system is that there is between 270 to 275 cc per cup of raw rice. A cup of water is equal to 236.6 cc. One liquid ounce is 29.6 cc. Metrically, 1 milliliter (ml) = 1 cc, so you can use a metric measuring cup if you want. Hope it is OK I post this info....no idea how true it is but!?

Hi Hun! I wish all the luck in the world and if you trust your ps to perform surgery on you then you should trust him on size. Here is my advice to you, put the ricers on and go try on clothes. I have 510's and I now hate clothes shopping, I am a 32g. But everyone is different. There is no way I could play tennis. Ask your PS if he will make it right if you trust him on size and are not happy(get it in writing) I am not trying to scare you but I have to go with biggies on this and think you will be more than a d. Also there is such thing as what size you look and what size you are I look Like a big DD. But I am a g cup and have the challenges that come with it. I am just want you to be happy the first time around! GOOD Luck and relax~! I am sure will look fab! |

I agree that you shouldn't feel pressured by your surgeon. Try the sizers and, if they are too big for you (try on various outfits), talk to your surgeon about it. You need to do what you are comfortable with, if you would rather be a little to small than a little to big, make that clear to your surgeon. Remember that augmented breasts often look smaller than the cup size they actually are - so focus on the *look* you want to acheive, and not the cup size. Best of luck
