Help with size!!!

Yea! My pre-op is in a week and I need help picking cc's. I am thinking 400-500cc saline under the muscle. Right now I am a small 34B. I'd like to be a full 34D. But not a DD. What do you ladies think? I want a big change, but I also want to be able to fit into cute clothes.

What is your rib cage measurement and what profile implant are you looking to get? My best guess is that 3500cc would probably work well, but I think that 400-500 would definitely made you a DD. I was barely a 34A and can now wear a 34D.

Forgot to mention some facts. My rib cage is 29in and I'm going for mod+. I'm well proportioned everywhere else on my body.

i was a 34b my i have big rig cage of 33"

i have 425cc saline(under muscle) in both and im a 34d, i could fit into a dd tho

I think you are in the perfect range! I am 5'7" and 145 pound and I received 375 overs and I am in a nice 36 D...I think 400-450 should give you want you want...I also have the mod + and they are fabulous!! Good luck with everything!

Ohhh! Thank You! I know you lose about 50 cc going under the muscle so maybe 425-450 would be perfect.

I was a saggy B before and I went with 450 saline unders and I got sized at VS 10+ weeks post and was a 32DD/34D. I like mine but wish I had went up to 500. You can look at my pics. They are 6 weeks post, I need to put some new ones up!

my rib is also 29. i think 425 or 450 will be perfect! anything more will proly be bigger than u want. i dont know what i am yet bc its too early.

Any more opinions, ladies? Now I'm really thinking between 400-450. I'm just worried boobie greed will set in. But shoot! That will make me two sizes bigger then I am now! I want to be able to wear a bra with out padding and look much bigger then I do wearing a bra with padding. Does that make since?

thats exactly what i wanted too!
but everyone i know that got boobs say they shouldve went bigger. i like mine as they are now but im still swollen! i think u have a good range.

I say go with 400. I wouldn't think that there would be that much of a difference between 400 and 450. If you would rather chance being too small then too big definitely go with the smaller size. Good luck with whichever you decide to go with. I'm sure you will look great!

We are pretty close in size, I have 600cc & I'm a 34DD! I only wanted to be a D too, but I really really love my size!!! Its not over the top in clothes, or a swim suit. Just tell your PS, you don't want to be a DD. I would think 500cc might push it... Hope this helped!

tell your PS what size breast you want. also find pictures of what your want and he should be able to do that! my PS was right on and gave me the exact boobs i wanted....now i wanted them bigger

boobie greed is a horrible thing.

boobie greed is a horrible thing.

I did bring in pics, and he was like, "oh! You do want a big change!". My first ps (who I'm going with) suggested anywhere from 400-500. Another ps I consulted thought 500 would look huge on me and that all the dads of my students (first grade teacher) would be gawking at me. He was thinking 400-450cc.

So confusing!!! Do the sizers look a lot small once they're inside you?

they say you lose size when going under the muscle. so compensate for that. i look like a B cup in clothes! UGH! hate it!!! my dr & i didn't discuss cc amts, just what i wanted my final cup size to be and that was a full C. i just found out yesterday that i had 425 cc's! which made me feel better b/c that is more than i thought. i was thinking around 350 or so.

look at my albums on my before and after. i had a really deflated A cup from 3 pregnancies.

I was a 34B pre-breast augmentation and got 533cc silicone moderate profile under placement 6 weeks ago. I now measure at a 34DD. Take into consideration what your stats are before your surgery and tell your PS what you want. Also, don't be too caught up on bra size, but look for what looks good on your frame when trying on sizers. Whatever size you like best, go up a few cc's to compensate for going under the muscle. good luck!

You can take a look at my before and after pics. I just put up some post op pics from days 1 and 2. I went with 505 cc's and you can see in my pics what that got me. I am happy with the size so far and my PS said I should be a full D cup.

i think go smaller i think 400 would work cause thats what I've been told on here im going for a small d and starting with an a...375s are gunna do it for me (i hope) god luck!
