Now how many cc's would I need to add to compensate for the muscle squishing the implant. If it really is 10% that is squished, then do I add 40cc and get a 425cc implant? I am just wondering if this will give me the same look, so should i do the test with a sports bra instead and use the real amount that I want. Its just so hard to try and pick your size. I am thinking that I am going to get 425cc mod plus silicone, but I am still unsure.

This is what i did:

I used a sportsbra for my rice tests. The maximum amount i could get was 380cc (i wanted the largest i could get)...so i took 15% off 380cc and filled my rice boobs with that amount to compensate for getting unders so that i could get used to them.

If you are more worried about being too small than being too large i would add on a bit just to make sure!
