Hi everyone, i'm quite new to the forum and all of your information is so helpful. I have my BA on March 16th, currently i'm a 32/34 A, 5'7" 120lbs my ps recommended 400cc mentor silicones mod high profile, he wanted to do unders but i have told him i'm more for overs as i have a 12 month old & a 3yr old want a quick recovery & less pain, plus i would like to be a D - what do you think my chances of getting it are ? Sorry i know its a kind of shot in the dark question but i just don't want to be disappointed.

I'm 5'7 130lb and i was a 32AA. I got 380cc High Profile unders and I was measured 2wks ago as a 32D.

You also need to take into account what is best long term rather than just short term in regards to unders vs overs...but if overs are fine for you then you will end up larger for the same cc amount.

As for overs, I also wear alot of tank tops, work out tops etc and my ps says you can see the implant more when flexed etc when its under, even though he prefers to do unders, so i'm glad he has told me this. I just hope it goes smoothly as I know overs has its problems too.

My PS told me that displacement when flexing only really occurs with women who work out a lot - 5 times a week or more. I don't know how accurate that is, but we went for subfascial instead to be on the safe side. As for the sizing, we're similar stats, I went to an E with 325cc's, but mine were VHP's. I would think you've got a very good chance of getting a full D with 400cc's, and possibly more

I don't know if this will help or not, but my sister in law had 400cc overs done and she is definitely a D. She is about the same weight and height, although her rc measurement might be a little bigger. She was 34A-36A. So I think your 400 will be great! Good Luck!

Actually, I have notice the implant moving up when flexing. I practice kickboxing almost every day and I do see it when I punch the bag. It looks a little weird. But then again, I still have a long way to go as far as dropping goes. Hopefully it'll go away once I'm done dropping adn fluffing. I think you'll get to a D with that amount of CC's. At least I hope that for ya!. I got 325cc's and I'm busting out of a 34C. I really hope I get a little bigger tho. Boobie greed monster

Hello and welcome to the forum. Just so you know....I started out completely flat and with my 400cc silicone (mod profile) I'm wearing a 32D. I have unders as that's what my PS prefers. I don't do the gym, so them moving under my pec muscles are not an issue. Everyone has different threshold for pain. My doctor recommends unders for future mammograms. Good luck with your decision.

Also if it gives you anymore reassurance, I only got 350cc under the muscle and Im even a D! I kid you not, Ive been measured several times just to be sure. And today is my 5month BA anniversay yay!

I got 290 overs and went from not quite 36A to 36D but still fit in Cs...

What i wanted to say was....with overs when you raise your arms up high, the boobs look fake, but look natural when your arms are relaxed , just thought you would like to know...or, it might just be mine, im not sure...

Thanks for this information, I will certainly ask my ps about it, however I think as long as you get the natural look when your arms are relaxed etc thats the main thing.

we have similar stats - but i don't know my ribcage measurements...
i got 350 unders (so it looks like less..) and am a nice D (actually a 34DD - or 36D..)
also, mine are moderate profiles..
I think the profile makes a difference on what you end up - like with less cc's of a high profile you'll end up the same as someone with more cc's of a mod profile....
so if you go with HP AND OVERS, I'm pretty sure you'll be a DD..
