I'm 3 weeks post op, and of course not happy with my size. My PS said after 3-4 months if i'm still not happy he could refill my implant under local Anthe.
Has anyone done this ?
I wanted a full C , but they just look small for me. ( 5' 7" , 145 lbs )
I got 360cc under MP ..He said max the implant can hold is 90cc in each going up to 450... Will that really change my cup size or would it be a waste of money ??? I also have some rippling on one side....

omg is this possible? i'm on the same boat as you. i am extremely disappointed in my size right now and i would love it if i could increase it by 90cc. i got 260cc (with a promise that i'd be a c) but looks like i'm only a full A small B right now, which is ridiculous after paying so much money for it. and how much did he say he'd charge you for it?

I've had it done.I had to wait for some time though.I had CC twice then a hematoma on the right side.My original BA was in May 2007.I just had saline added to my right side this year May.It is really easy to do,too.I never had any pain after and it was done under local. My PS never charged me anything, though I hear that's uncommon. Keep in mind, there are some implants that cant have saline added...info...Three kinds of saline breast implants:
•A single sac that is filled with a predetermined amount of saline during surgery. This kind of implant cannot be expanded after the surgery.
•A single sac that is filled with saline during surgery. This kind of implant has a valve that allows more saline to be added, for expansion after surgery.
•A prefilled single sac containing saline. This kind of implant cannot be expanded after the surgery.
Also, keep in mind the more saline you add, especially if it's very overfilled, can make your breast feel firmer and be more round,i.e. the fake look.
(My right side if like this, because of asemetry).
