![]() | Petite / small framed girls and High Profiles... opinion needed!!!
Hey girls! this is my first post! I have a breast augmentation booked for August 12th, 2009 and as you can see from my stats I am very petite / small framed. 5'4", 93lbs 26" ribcage 32A (on a good day) - I have pics in a public album. I have had a few consults with 2 different PSs. One told me that I should go with the Allergan (natrelle) textured silicone 290cc Midrange implants and I would end up a big B / small C and that was the biggest he would do. The other PS on the other hand said I could go with the Mentor smooth silicone 375cc High Profile implants which would bring me to a 34C or 32D range. I chose the second PS because he just seemed so much nicer and more caring to work with. Are there other small framed / petite girls out there that have High Profiles??? Can I see some pics? Check out my pics with the sizers... think 375cc High profiles will be too much for me??? The last thing I want is boobie greed, I'm just worried that I am going too big! Let me know!!! - Shy |

Your second doctor sounds amazing. We have around the same stats but I am 2 inches taller but very tiny frame as well. My doctor squeezed in 435 cc HP textured implants in. I was a 32A to begin with and its looking like 32 DDD will be the magic number but one still needs to drop and fluff way more since its tiny compared to the other. You can add me as I have pics up for you to see.

Go with the HP, you will be disapointed with the mod's and cc's in the 200 range. Most girls on here with 200's wish they went bigger. Also breast implants are smaller than natural breasts, so keep that in mind too. 375 is a good size- that would probably make you a full C. My PS said that HP's are made especially for petite girls. The implant is narrower at the base compared to real breasts and mod's -this will give you a more defined look. Mods are wider at the base and if your short like me, you risk looking heavier. I'm 5'1, with a tiny frame, just alot thicker than you. I have HP, Mentor memory gel, sillicone, 450 cc's unders. My breast augmentation was 3 days ago. Right now they are huge because they are swollen. I would send you pics but i may scare you-lol !!! I hopefully will be a D. keep us updated. ![]() Compare them here:http://images.google.com/imgres?imgu...US272%26um%3D1

I'm the same height as you, just not quite as skinny (now I'm jealous) but I got high profile 350-380cc unders and wow are they out there right now. I just got my surgery on the 16th of June, so 4 days ago, and there is alot of projection baby. I guess it depends on what type of look you want... |

I think the HP's are perfect for you. You're very slim and I actually think that HP will look more natural on your frame. |

I think 375's will look nice on you. If you see in my sig I'm around the same size as you and got 500s, that brought me to a 34d/32dd, so I see you hitting the D area Oh and mine are high profile too, my ribcage is 26" hope that helps

I think the 375cc HP are going to look great on you! I agree that a lot of petite girls are very suited to HP implants.

Just stopping by to let you know I also have high profile silicone, or very high profile to be 100% correct lol I love the projection Hp's give me ![]() Saw your pics and you should def go with 375cc high profile I don't believe it will be to big at all. I got smaller implants and wish I went bigger, but I started out with more tissue than you.

Wow you guys all look really great with Hps! My PS said pretty much the same thing, that slim girls sometimes opt for HPs because that's the only way to get the desired volume they want. I just find that the 290cc natrelle ones that was suggested in my first consult just looked too wide and flat. The 375cc HPs have the same width, but way more projection ![]() I'm just worried about how everyone will react now :S |

Hi, I recommend the high profiles too! I'm 121lbs? (53kgs in Aussie) I'm 167cm tall and I started as a 10A with a really small ribcage. I got the largest size my ps recommended and that is 375cc high profiles, cohesive gels, under the muscle. I do love them, absolutely. I was so petite before that it has made a huge difference to my figure!! I'm a 10D now so it is great. But..... I thought I'd look bigger. I wish I could've gone slightly bigger in size but I would definately stay with the hp's. I totally love the look of my new boobs, hp's are really nice. I think when you start out so petite and you try on the sizers at the ps you are totally thinking OMG I am going to be so massive. Well I thought so anyway.... didn't turn out that way reality. Good luck with your decision, its so tricky to know what it will look like after your breast augmentation.

I think the HPS are more suited not for shorter people but thinner. This people or women who have a 28,30 or 32 bra size have smaller rib cages so HP's are better as we can get more CC's that we could not get with mods.

![]() Do you guys think I will end up in the baby D range (32D) with these 375cc Mentor smooth silicone HP implants? I am just worried that I might end up bigger and I think anything bigger than a baby D on my frame is going to look HUGE... lol I think I am going to end up looking pretty huge anyway, but I don't want to be ridiculous lol. I think as long as I turn out similar to my sizer pics I should look fine... right? lol I think I am just getting worried because my breast augmentation is in August and it feels like its coming up fast! | |

Hi Shy, Are you going under the muscle? I actually found the hps to project too much for me, but it may be because I went over the muscle. I am 5'3" and 105 lbs, and my first breast augmentation was 270 saline hp over the muscle, and it was too large for me (size 32 D). I switched them out for 225 silicone mod (still over the muscle) and they look more natural to me. However, I'm sure the hps would have looked flatter on me if they were under the muscle...
