small B to ??? with 390cc mod unders? lets find out!

My surgery is this friday!

i'm going for 390's and will probably be overfilled to 420cc's under my tiny B cup tissue.

I'll let you guys know what happens! My BWD is 12.5 - 13.0 and they're going to be natrelle style 68MP.

My PS was not into giving me mod + or HPs because they'd give me too much upper pole fullness and 12.5-13cm would give me projectile weapons underneath my existing breast tissue.

The pic in my sig is me wearing a major push-up/padded bra to give you guys a baseline to go on. the rest is in my sig!

Good luck with your surgery.. I think there is a possibility that you get the size that you are wanting. You have larger pre op breast then I do and I measure a c cup, so you just might make it.. its just so hard to tell everyone is so diffrent..same stats dont seem to matter. Cant wait to find out what size you end up being!!!

I also got Natrelle 68MP... which actually is the same as Mod+, since mentor runs Mod, Mod+, HP, and Allergen (natrelle) runs Low, Mod, HP!
My BWD was 12.5 too... i ended up with 360 in one and 390 in the other, since my left was slightly smaller.
I think i may end up a 36C, i'm pretty much an A now, or less.

thanks guys! its reassuring to see at least a few people with similar stats and implants land in the C-D range. I'm not sure if i can handle it if they wound up bigger!

so nervous! there's no turning back now! i'm so hesitant until i look at my chest and see 2 more ribs up top than i used to!

I've heard too much about the mods being flat like pancakes and too wide at the base. I'd call and talk to you Ps about doing mod+ on you. My Dr highly recommended mod +.

yeah that's what i was worried about too at first. then i looked at the charts for mentor mod + vs. natrelle style 68MP...they're pretty much the same!

its the Low Profiles that were scaring me into thinking i was going to get pancake boob. natrelle's Moderate is pretty...big

just like the mod + from mentor!

I have 68MP 390 O/F to 450 and I am a 36C or 34D.. I am 13 BWD and My ps said the same thing LP would be pancake like and the HP he said and I quote " disasterious " for me I am def very full and have nice projection I can play them down or dress them up with a push up bra!!! I think you will be fine... Good luck on your upcoming surgery!

Oh i hope i don't go beyond D....

I have strange stats...my lower pole is a B cup in width only...but there's no way in heck i can actually FILL a B cup.

If i try to wear an A cup, the wires crush and bruise by side boobs! so i'm not even sure if I can be called a pre op B cup!

hey, i'm just wondering you say that natrelle's moderate is pretty big like the mod + ? Do you think if I go 354 cc moderate allergon natrelle i won't be flat like a pancake! Im really worried about that- and thinking i should go up to 400 cc hp.

i don't think you'll be pancake with natrelle moderates. now if you were getting natrelle low profiles.. i'd be more worried.

i don't know where i found the link to the charts that tell you each implant diameter and projection, but if you compare natrelle moderates to mentor mod plus, there isn't much difference in them at all.

Hey! I got 400cc Natrelle/Allergan Mod. Saline, and you can look at my pics too see the projection (they are about 4 weeks old, and I have changed a LOT since). You are right about the Natrelle Mod. being almost identical to the Mentor Mod+. My friend has Mentor Mod+ and has no more projection than I do. I actually talked w/ my ps last week about how we never discussed mod+, and he said that I essentially have mod+ with my implants. You won't have pancake boob!

Look at my stats. I have the mentor mod+, 350 F/T 400cc. I am 3 days out and measuring DD, or DDD! I love the size mine are now. I was aiming for a full "c", Now I'm hoping my boobs dont shrink anymore, I love the "d" or "dd" look.

ugh the bandages.. just got my breast augmentation this morign. and hey HURT. the pain goes up to my clavicle. I can't take off my wrapping yet, or shower for that matter for at least 23 hours..more yuck.

I must say that the 390 ccs (filled to 418 on right and 505 on the left)
they aren't nearly as big as i thought they'd be...

a difference of 30cc's just just a sip of a shot glass!...they sit pretty high up, have the width of nice side boob, but the projection isn't quite there yet, it has to fight with my muslces!

I'l keep this update!

thank you gals for all your help!

its just the morning after sugery at this point, and i'm not allowed to peel off any wrappings

but the pain is comparable to someone elbowing your chest back when we were all in puberty and they were still growing...it's THAT kind of pain.

the scariest part for me was just getting my IV in me.

As for how they look? they're sitting really high for now. I can shower and remove the wrappings tomorrow when i hit the shower, but i wll also have t put them back on!

right nowthough, they look like they're up pretty high, which i think its totally normal. AND they don't look very big at all so i don't seem to have a swelling problem. I'm just waiting for them to drop and exapand (fluff) outwards...

so now a can update my sig with my cc volume!

pics will come a bit later depending on how they heal the two girls are having stage fright!

The pain is bothersome...i need help to get out of bed for the first night and even then it hurt!

its not a sharp pain though, its like a very worn out muscle pain.

I'm on my second day now and the pain is already starting to lay off a bit.

the implants are sitting pretty high right now, i'm pretty sure my doc will make me wear the "band" next friday when i see him.

I'm glad it all went well with you now its good that you got the surgery out of the way and now is just the wait to see how awesome they are going to look
