Does anyone know if silicone and saline of the same size will look the same once they are under the muscle? Sice they are both made from different materials do they compress differently once in?

My guess is that they would look the same because the volume is the same no matter what, but they might feel different to the touch.

It depends on what type of implant you get. If you get hps, then they will look more natural if they are silicone then if they are saline, even if they are the same size. Also saline and silicone implants have totally different specifications. If you look at mod saline at say 425cc they would be
425+50 cc 14.2 cm 4.1 cm

they dont have 425 silicone in mods its either:
400 cc 14.5 cm 3.2 cm
450 cc 14.9 cm 3.4 cm

Saline hps are :
420 cc 12.0 cm 5.4 cm at there nominal range.
Silicone hps are:
400 cc 12.2 cm 5.0 cm
425 cc 12.5 cm 5.0 cm
