I was shocked, and still am shocked, that I came out of my breast augmentation 3 weeks ago with 300cc on the left and 375cc on the right. That's a 75cc difference!! ![]() I knew I was a little asymmetrical pre-breast augmentation but I was so small that it really didn't make a difference in how I looked or how I fit in bras/bikinis. (unlike how the teeny difference between my feet sizes that affected my shoe-shopping excursions.) After reading the boards everyday I realize I haven't come across anyone with such a size difference.. yet. Anybody out there?...

I have 50 (which seems to be the most common difference, from what I see on here...). I think your PS generally does what is best for you, so I wouldn't freak out about it unless you end up with one huge boob and one tiny one. Asymmetry is very hard to fix, so if you are still a tad smaller or larger on one side, I also would let that go. Salines help the doctor control the amount of cc's a bit more than silicones, but you can still keep asymmetry with either, because like I said - it is just very hard to fix. Mine are the same size now, though I am always giving my left one the evil eye haha but it is probably all in my head. A lot of people also have chest bones that protrude a bit on one side (mine was apparently VERY protrusive, you could feel the outline of the bone and you can still see it a little through my skin), so that can also make it hard for the PS to get the asymmetry fixed correctly. A lot of factors to it. I am sure you are going to get TONS of women responding to your post.

Mine were a 75 cc difference but because I was getting sillicone, I only had the option of going 50cc or 100 cc bigger. I chose 50 cc and my right still seems alot smaller than the left but I think the muscle is still holding on to that side. I am hoping when it fully d & f that it will not be as noticable.

For my first breast augmentation, there was a 75cc difference, and I ended up having visibly asymmetrical boobs. For my redo, my PS just filled the implants equally, and it looks much better

mine will be a 50cc difference, its quite common here. my PS said they will never look exaclty alike but will be a huge (no pun intended) improvement and not that noticable once done. right now I can tell the difference, I have always hated that.
