275cc Mod or 300cc Mod for an AA cup?

Hi everyone!

My surgery is scheduled for the 30th September and one of my major concerns are stretch marks. I am quite prone to them, and after doing some research it seemed that if i go too big I will be at higher risk for stretch marks.

I am currently BARELY an AA cup, and according to one PS, he said that a 300cc would be too big for me as I never had any children. Another PS said I could go for 300cc, or even a 350. The PS i chose said that he would go for a 275-300cc for me. I actually want to achieve a really natural look, a size B would be ideal.

At the moment, I am around 113 pounds and 5'4, around a size 4-6. How many CCs do u girls think I should chose? and I would love to hear any input from anyone who went for these size CCs and have the same body frame as I.

You can check out my profile if you'd like I ended up with a 32D going from a 32A...So I'm definitely sure you'll get a B cup with 275ccs

I started out an A cup and with 225/250 ended up a perfect 32C. I have moderate profile salines, so the projection is not enormous but perfect for me. At times I would like a bit more width but my breasts are a bit far apart to start with, and anatomy dictates a good deal of the final result.

I think your best bet is to share with your ps what you want to look like, and let him/her make the final call on size. Right now a B cup sounds good to you, but you will be very happy with a C cup (or even a D!)....seriously! A C cup is not as big as it sounds.....it just seems that way because you're used to your AA's!

Good luck with your surgery - it'll be here before you know it!

Hey you are exactly same stats as me! 113lb, 5.4ft, 32AA beforeBA!
I have 290cc and it got me to 32D but they look more like B cup so I think you should deff go with the 300cc. I never had any stretch marks but everyone is different but to be honest 300cc is a small implant and I really don't see it giving you any stretch marks

My stats are a bit different but I think 275-300cc will look good on you (there is not much of a difference between them two). I'm very prone to stretch marks too but I've used Palmers cocoa butter cream every day without fail and didn't developed any.

i have roughly the same stats with you, and I went with 300cc, and I could not be happier. i love them. they are perfect "jen aniston boobs", which was the look i was going for. i am measuring at a 32-34C right now, which is probably where they will stay, but they look more like a B. i highly recommend the "Purlz System" sizers that I bought on the internet. they give you a bra, and you can buy up to 3 size bean bag style sizers that you can wear under your clothes. it was SUCH a GOOD INVESTMENT!!

i have similar stats--5'5, 100 lbs, started off 32AA and went with 265cc midrange profile. i am 6 weeks out and currently wear 32c or 32d (but look like a B cup). i think either one of the implants you're looking at will work for you if you're wanting a B cup. there is not much difference between the 275s and the 300s. i debated between the 265cc and 286cc implants and finally just let my surgeon make the call based on what i told him i wanted. maybe you should be very specific about what you want and then let your ps make the decision.....

p.s. i didn't get stretch marks at all with the 265s....and my skin was VERY tight to begin with.

I got stretch marks with 300cc, but only a few. def not for a deterrent.

judging by these comments, i think i would go for a 275cc max.. i dont really want to go too big and stretch marks will really be upsetting! but i found out about Dermablend so i guess hope's not all lost now if i ever do get them. been massaging a mixture of bio-oil and cocoa butter into my breasts twice a day now in preparation for the big day. thanks again girls! xo

I agree wth one of the PS you saw : even 350 will look good on you.
Due to the fact that the one you choose s gong for 275-300, I strongly advice you to receive the bigger ones.
There is ONLY

a 25 ccs-difference between the 275 and the 300 ccs, abd 25 ccs is NOTHING ! If you stll need to be convinced, cc=grammes so put 275 gramms of rice on your balance and then 300 gramms !

Moreover, if you are going unders, you're gonna loose at least 15% of the implants inital volume.
And, fnally, starting with an AA, there s NO WAY 300 ccs could look big on you.

Here are my 2 cents.

I'm 5'1", 105 lbs, and was a 32A/AA to start. I got 286cc unders and 3 weeks after my breast augmentation I was fitting 32C's and 32D's (most C's i tried on were too small).
I wanted to be a full B/small C, I would have NEVER considered anything bigger than that. But you should keep in mind that a natural C will look a lot bigger than an augmented C.
My PS recommended 265cc or 286cc, but I thought I wanted 300. I'm SO glad I didn't go with the 300...I think they would have been too big for MY body.

I have similar size implants as the ones mentioned in your post. I have 275cc filled to 300cc and 310cc...YOu can FR me if you want to take a look at my pics.
IMO I believe in the 300cc would be nice on you, considering your height and weight.
Evidently, if you really fear stretch marks and are prone to it, don't overdo it!

You might also want to consider this...

You're talking about a 32 band, meaning, a 32D is a 34 small to mid C. When you think of a B, you're probably thinking of a 34B. A 32B is NOTHING. Go look at a 32B bra at Marshalls to see how little that is. Then look at a C and a D.

Another consideration is whether you're going with saline or silicone. If you're doing sils, DEF go with the 300. Salines will be overfilled, probably by another 25cc's.

And finally, I looked at a million pics online and was pretty set on 300's before meeting with a few surgeons, but after, I decided on the 325's that are filled to 350/375. My range was 275, 300, or 325, and thanks to the great advice of a bunch of girls on here, I went with the top of my range. You might want to think about that too

HI There!!

IDK if I can be of any help but I too was an AA, 34AA to be exact with some room to breath in my bras. I spent a many year wearing the chicken cutlets to be a B...what a drag those things were and what a thud they made when I tossed my bra on the floor!

Anyway - I was set on 325cc Cohesive gel sils. I went in one more time and decided to go with 350s. I just went to Victoria's Secret this afternoon to be measured and I am a 34D. In no way shape or form do I compare to the D's I have seen. I look MUCH smaller but i have yet to drop and fluff, so I am hoping they settle into a C...I dont know if that can happen but either way. I am now very happy...Not one person at my job has realized any difference from my before fake B's to my new enhanced wonders of the world!
